ارزیابی تعامل دوسویه فرهنگ و فناوری در فرایند توسعه فناورانه جوامع- ارائه مدل

ارتباط میان فن آوری و بستر فرهنگی جامعه مورد توجه بسیار از اندیشمندان بوده است. از آنجا که مدیران به عنوان بخشی از وظایف خود به توسعه فناوری سازمانها می پردازند، تحلیل تغییرات محیطی می تواند به آنها در پیش بینی فناوری های غالب کمک کند. در این پژوهش، ضمن معرفی رویکردهای مختلف در خصوص ارتباط فناوری و فرهنگ، ابعاد گوناگون این ارتباط و پیچیدگی های این فرایند مورد بررسی کتابخانه ای قرار گرفته است. بررسی روندهای تاریخی نشان دهنده تعامل دوسویه فرهنگ و تحولات فنّاورانه است. تقابل عناصر فرهنگی (میراثی ) و (فناورانه ) در کانون این تعامل قرار دارد. نقش بارز تصمیمات دولت و سیاست ورزی های روشنفکران سنتی جامعه و نیز ایدئولوژی حاکم، در تعادل بخشی به این تقابل غیرقابل انکار است. در این پژوهش با ارائه مدلی، دروندادها و بروندادهای مساله توسعه فناوری در کوتاه مدت و بلندمدت مورد شناسایی قرار گرفته، و فرایند تولد تا زوال یک سبک فناورانه در بستر فرهنگی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است که می تواند در بهبود سیاست های فرهنگی و صنعتی کشور مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
