تحلیل روابط ساده و چندگانه بین هوش اخلاقی و سرمایه‌ی اجتماعی با میزان مسوولیّت‌پذیری دانشجویان دانشگاه

هدف تحقیق حاضر، تحلیل روابط ساده و چندگانه میان هوش اخلاقی و سرمایه ی اجتماعی با میزان مسوولیّت پذیری دانشجویان دانشگاه است. نوع پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر اجرا، توصیفی هم بستگی است. جامعه ی آماری پژوهش شامل همه ی دانشجویان دانشگاه کاشان در سال تحصیلی 94-1393 مشتمل بر 7132 نفر است که با استفاده از فرمول حجم نمونه، 258 نفر به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای به دست آمده است. ابزار گردآوری اطّلاعات در این تحقیق، سه پرسش نامه ی هوش اخلاقی در قالب 40 گویه در سه مولّفه (راستگویی، بخشش و دل سوزی)، پرسش نامه ی سرمایه ی اجتماعی در قالب 24 سوال در چهار مولّفه (مشارکت اجتماعی، انسجام اجتماعی، تعلّق اجتماعی و اعتماد اجتماعی) و پرسش نامه ی مسوولیّت پذیری در قالب 42 سوال در پنج مولّفه (خودمدیریّتی، امانت داری، وظیفه شناسی، سازمان یافتگی و پیشرفت گرایی) برحسب طیف پنج درجه ای لیکرت بوده است. روایی محتوایی هر سه پرسش نامه مورد تایید کارشناسان قرار گرفته و پایایی پرسش نامه ها از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای هوش اخلاقی 0/83 ، سرمایه ی اجتماعی 0/87 و مسوولیّت پذیری 0/91 برآورد شده است. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها نیز در سطح استنباطی (ضریب هم بستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون و آزمون t) با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری spss انجام گرفته است. یافته ها نشان می دهد که میانگین هر یک از مولّفه های هوش اخلاقی، سرمایه ی اجتماعی و مسوولیّت پذیری از میانگین فرضی (3) بیش تر است و بین هر یک از مولّفه های هوش اخلاقی و سرمایه ی اجتماعی با مسوولیّت پذیری رابطه ی مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد.

Social capital and moral intelligence: Students’ responsibility at University of Kashan

The purpose of this research was to analyzesimple and multiple relationships between social capital and moral intelligence with the responsibility in students at University of Kashan. Research type was descriptive correlative. The statistical population consisted of 7132 students in Universities of Kashan in an academic year 20142015.Cocran Formula from the 2700 was used to choose 258 students through the stratified randomized sampling.The instrument used forgathering information were a moral intelligence questionnaire with 40 items in 3 component (honest, forgiveness compassion), social capital questionnaire with 24 items in 4 components (social partnership, social integration, social belongings social trust) and a responsibility questionnaire with 42 items in 5 components (selfmanagement, trusteeship, dutiful, organizing progressivism) based on 5 likert scales. The validity of Questionnaires was confirmed by experts. Through Cronbach alpha coefficient, reliability coefficients were obtained equal to 0.83 for moral intelligence, 0.87 for social capital and 0.91 for responsibility. Data analyses were used in level inferential statistics (correlation, ttest, regression) through SPSS and Amos softwarersquo;s. Finding showed mean of moral intelligence, social capital and responsibility components are bigger than average (3). There are positive and significant relationship between all of components moral intelligence and social capital with responsibility.
