بررسی عوامل اجتماعی و اقتصادی موثر بر سلامت زنان در تحولات معاصر ایران (مورد مطالعه زنان 18 سال به بالا شهر اهواز)

زنان به عنوان نیروی حیاتی و بنیانی جامعه، نقش بسیار مهمی در تحولات اجتماعی، اقتصادی، فرهنگی و سیاسی دارند. با توجه به اینکه زنان دارای نقش‌های چندگانه در جامعه هستند و با چالش‌های منحصر به فردی روبرو می‌شوند، بررسی عوامل اجتماعی موثر بر سلامت زنان در تحولات معاصر ایران اهمیت بسزایی دارد. بنابراین، هدف این پژوهش، بررسی عوامل اجتماعی و اقتصادی موثر بر سلامت زنان در تحولات معاصر ایران است و این موضوع را از زوایای مختلف مورد بررسی قرار داده است.  روش این پژوهش، روش کمی، از نوع پیمایش می باشد. جامعۀ آماری، کلیۀ زنان 18 سال به بالا در شهرستان اهواز می باشد. حجم نمونه مطابق جدول کرجسی و مورگان 384 نفر می باشد. برای نمونه گیری، از روش نمونه گیری احتمالی متناسب با حجم استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با توجه به نوع متغیرهای پژوهش با استفاده از آزمون هایی نظیر همبستگی و تحلیل رگرسیون چند متغیره با استفاده از نرم افزار spss صورت گرفت. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که؛ تحولات اجتماعی و اقتصادی مانند افزایش اشتغال  و درآمد زنان، تحول در نقش‌های جنسیتی و تغییر در ساختار خانواده، تاثیر مستقیم بر سلامت اجتماعی، روانی و جسمانی زنان دارد. همچنین، افزایش دسترسی به خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی، تاثیر مثبت بر سلامت زنان در جامعۀ معاصر دارد و می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که فرهنگ و اجتماع می‌توانند نقش بسزایی در تعیین سطح بهداشت و سلامت زنان داشته باشند. همچنین نتایج تحقیق نشان داد، زنانی که در تصمیم‌گیری‌های سیاسی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی مشارکت داشته باشند، می‌توانند برای تامین نیازهای بهداشتی و سلامتی خود و جامعه‌شان تلاش کنند و بهبود شرایط بهداشتی را تسریع بخشند.

investigating social and economic factors affecting women's health in contemporary developments in iran(study of women aged 18 and over in ahvaz city)

as the vital and fundamental force of society, women play a very important role in social, economic, cultural and political developments. considering that women have multiple roles in society and face unique challenges, it is very important to investigate the social factors affecting women’s health in the contemporary developments of iran. therefore, the general goal is to examine the social factors affecting women’s health in the contemporary developments of iran and to examine this issue from different angles. the method of this research is a quantitative survey method. the statistical population is all women aged 18 and over in ahvaz city. according to the table of karajesi and morgan, the sample size is 384 people, and simple random sampling method was used for sampling from the statistical population. data analysis was analyzed according to the type of research variables using tests such as correlation, multivariate regression analysis using spss software. results show that; social developments such as increasing women’s jobs, changes in gender roles and changes in family structure have a direct impact on women’s health in iran. also, increasing access to healthcare services has a positive effect on women’s health in contemporary iranian society, and it can be concluded that culture and society can play a significant role in determining the level of women’s health. also, the results of the research show that women who participate in political, economic and social decision-making can strive to meet the health needs of themselves and their community and accelerate the improvement of health conditions.
