بررسی عوامل موثر برگرایش به مصرف مواد دخانی در بین نوجوانان(مورد مطالعه دانش آموزان پایۀ هفتم شهرستان رباط کریم)

استعمال دخانیات یکی از عمده ترین عوامل تهدید کنندۀ سلامت نوجوانان می باشد که نوجوانان خیلی آسان به مصرف آن روی می آورند. با توجه به شیوع گستردۀ رفتار دخانی در بین نوجوانان، شناخت دلایل گرایش به آن ضرورت و اهمیت دارد. بر این اساس، پژوهش حاضر با عنوان بررسی عوامل موثر بر گرایش به مصرف مواد دخانی نوجوانان، پژوهشی توصیفی تحلیلی با رویکرد کمی می باشد که با روش پیمایش، مطالعۀ سبب شناسی دخانیات نوجوانان دانش آموزان پایۀ هفتم شهرستان رباط کریم را در سال تحصیلی 1402- 1401 مورد نظر قرار داده است. در پژوهش حاضر، جهت نمونه گیری، نخست از 79 مراکز آموزشی با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای، 20 مرکز آموزشی انتخاب شدند و سپس از میان دانش آموزان پایۀ هفتم این مراکز به جمعیت 956 نفر، 750 نفر به صورت داوطلبانه مشارکت نمودند. در میان حجم نمونه، گر دآوری اطلاعات با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه صورت گرفت که این جمعیت بعد از جمع آوری داده ها و با خروج پرسش‌های ناقص به 700 نفر کاهش یافتند. در این بررسی برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات به دست آمده از نرم افزار spss  استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد در مصرف دخانیات نوجوانان، تجربۀ مصرف در بین افراد خانواده، استعمال سیگار توسط افراد مذکر در خانه و تجربۀ مصرف قلیان توسط کلیۀ اعضای خانواده در کنار تحصیلات پایین والدین و همین‌طور نظارت سست خانواده با وجود مطلع بودن نیمی از والدین از استعمال نوجوان، علنی بودن مصرف و شروع مصرف دخانیات در خانه از عوامل خانوادگی تاثیرگذار می باشد؛ همچنین عوامل اجتماعی نظیر تجربۀ مصرف قلیان در بین بستگان و استعمال مواد دخانی توسط دوستان ، شیوۀ گذران اوقات فراغت، نوع مدرسه، جنسیت و عوامل فردی کنجکاوی و  سن با گرایش نوجوان به سمت مواد دخانی تاثیرگذار بوده است.

investigating the effective factors of returning to smoking among teenagers(study of 7th grade students of robat-karim city)

smoking is one of the major factors that threatens the health of teenagers, which teenagers tend to use very easily. considering the widespread prevalence of smoking behavior among teenagers, it is necessary and important to know the reasons for its tendency. based on this, the current research entitled investigation of the causes and factors affecting the frequency of adolescent tobacco use, is a descriptive-analytical research with a quantitative approach, which using a survey method, studies the etiology of adolescent smoking among seventh grade students in rabat karim city in the academic year 2022-2023. for sampling, 20 educational centers were selected from 79 educational centers by stratified random sampling method which 750 students from  956 of them of them participated voluntarily. among the sample size, information was collected using a questionnaire tool, and this population was reduced to 700 people after collecting the data and removing the incomplete questions. the spss software was used to analyze the obtained data. the results of the research show that the following criteria are involved in the adolescents’ tobacco consumption: the experience of smoking among family members, smoking by males at home, the experience of smoking hookah by all family members, along with the low education of parents, as well as weak family supervision. publicity of smoking and the initiation of smoking at home are influential family factors. also, social factors such as the experience of smoking hookah among relatives and the use of tobacco by friends, the way of spending free time, type of school, gender, and the individual factors of curiosity and age have been influential with the tendency of teenagers towards tobacco.
