مطالعه پویایی ارزش‌های بقا و ابراز وجود در یک بازه زمانی 30 ساله

پژوهش حاضر به پویایی ارزش‌های بقاء و ابراز وجود در بین کارمندان ادارات شهر ایلام پرداخته است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کارمندانی است که در سال‌های 1357 - 1397 در ادارات شهر ایلام استخدام شده‌اند. روش نمونه‌گیری مطبق متناسب با حجم است حجم نمونه از طریق فرمول کوکران 384 نفر برآورد گردید روش گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه است که بر اساس پرسشنامه استاندارد اینگلهارت با عنایت به بوم‌آوری آن تهیه شده است.نتیجه ای که از بررسی یافته بدست آمد نشان داد که جنسیت و وضعیت استخدام در گرایش به ارزش‌های بقاء در بین کارمندان تاثیر داشته است و مردان بیشتر از زنان گرایش به ارزش‌های بقا دارند و وضعیت استخدام سایر نیز در گرایش به ارزش بقا موثر است . یافته ها همچنین نشان دادند که جنسیت، وضعیت استخدام، سطح تحصیلات و سن کارمندان در گرایش به ارزش‌های ابراز وجود تاثیر نداشته و فقط نگاه کارمندان نسل‌های دوگانه و نیز سابقه کار در گرایش به ارزش‌های ابراز وجودی تاثیر داشته و این اساس نسل دوم گرایش بیشتری به ارزش‌های ابراز وجود دارند و کارمندان با سابقه کار بیشتر نیزگرایش بیشتری به ارزش‌های ابراز وجودی نشان دادند .

Study the dynamics of survival values and expression over a 30-year period

The present study examines the dynamics of survival and expression values ​​among employees of Ilam city departments. The statistical population of this study is employees who have been employed in Ilam city offices in the year (13571397). Sample sampling method was used according to population size. The sample size was estimated to be 384 people through Cochranchr( #39;39 #39;)s formula. The data collection method is a questionnaire that was prepared based on Inglehartchr( #39;39 #39;)s standard questionnaire with regard to its ecology. The results of the study showed that gender and employment status had an effect on the tendency to survival values ​​among employees, and men were more likely than women to tend to survival values, and the employment status of others was more effective in survival value orientation.The findings also showed that gender, employment status, education level and age of employees did not affect the tendency to express values ​​and only the view of employees of dual generations and work experience in the tendency to expressive values ​​and this basis the second generation is more inclined to There are expressive values, and employees with more work experience are more likely to show expressive values.
