ارائه مدل توانمندسازی مدارس با تاکید بر نظام مراقبت اجتماعی دانش آموزان(یک مطالعه ترکیبی)

هدف پژوهش تدوین مدلی جهت توانمندسازی مدارس با تاکید بر نظام مراقبت اجتماعی دانش آموزان می باشد. روش پژوهش آمیخته(کیفیکمی) بود، در بخش کیفی از روش داده بنیاد و در بخش کمی از روش توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی بهره گرفته شد. مشارکت کنندگان در بخش کیفی افراد متخصصان بود و در بخش کمی شامل کلیه فرهنگیان آموزش و پرورش شهرهای نکا و ناحیه یک ساری به تعداد 4171 نفر بود. روش نمونه گیری در بخش کیفی هدفمند و در بخش کمی تصادفی طبقه ای بود که تعداد 386 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده های پژوهش در بخش کیفی مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته و در بخش کمی پرسشنامه محقق ساخته مستخرج از مصاحبه بود، تحلیل داده ها در بخش کیفی با استفاده از کد گذاری و در بخش کمی از مدل سازی ساختاری در نرم افزار pls انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که مدل توانمند سازی مدارس با تاکید بر نظام مراقبت اجتماعی شامل مولفه محوری توسعه مدیریت نظام مراقبت اجتماعی(هیجانی، شناختی و رفتاری)،عوامل موثر(عوامل داخلی و فرایندها)، شرایط زمینه ای(فرایندها و زیر ساخت)، مداخله کننده های(کاهشی و افزایشی)،راهبردهای(پیشگیری و اجرایی) و پیامدهای(برون سیستمی، درون سیستمی، فردی) می باشد که می تواند زمینه اعتلای نظام مراقبت اجتماعی را فراهم آورد.

Present a Model Empowerment of Schools with Emphasis on Social Care System of Students (A Mixed Method Study)

Purpose of the present study is empowerment of schools with emphasis on social care system of students to present a model. The research method was mixed (qualitative quantitative), in qualitative part grounded theory was used and descriptivesurvey method was used in quantitative part. participants in the qualitative section included all those responsible the plan, specialists and experts in educational sciences, Sociology Psychology, Social Sciences and in quantitative part included all of the teachers in Area One of Sari and Neka provinces to count of 4171. Sampling method in qualitative part was Purposeful sampling and in quantitative art was Stratified random that 386 were selected as the sample population for study.The data collection tool in qualitative section was a semistructured interview and in quantitative section was a researchermade questionnaire derived from interviews. Data analysis was performed in qualitative part using coding and in quantitative part of structural modeling in PLS software. The results showed that the school empowerment model with emphasized social care system including the central component of the development of social care system management(Emotional, cognitive and behavioral),affective factors (internal factors and processes), contextual factors(processes and infrastructure),interventions(decreasing and incremental), strategies. (Predictive and Executable) and Consequences (External, InterSystem, Individual).
