مسئولیت نظام دانشگاهی در قبال جامعه: طراحی مدلی جهت ارزیابی وضعیت موجود و مطلوب آن

این پژوهش با هدف طراحی مدلی جهت ارزیابی مسئولیت اجتماعی نظام دانشگاهی انجام گرفت. روش پژوهش آمیخته اکتشافی بود که در بخش کیفی 10 نفر از خبرگان دانشگاهی برای تایید یافته های کیفی پژوهش و در بخش کمی جهت جمع آوری داده ها 259 نفر از اعضای هیات علمی با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای انتخاب شدند. در گام اول با بررسی متون و اسناد مولفه های مدل شناسایی و در گام دوم با ابزار پرسشنامه محقق ساخته، داده ها گردآوری شدند. روایی سازه و همگرای پرسشنامه با تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و پایایی آن با آلفای کرانباخ و پایایی ترکیبی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. جهت تحلیل داده ها در بخش کیفی از تکنیک تحلیل محتوای کیفی با روش تحلیل مضمون و در بخش کمی از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و مدل معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. یافته های حاصل از تحلیل های کیفی و کمی منجر به شناسایی 50 شاخص و 7 مولفه درباره پدیده مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی نظام دانشگاهی و 37 شاخص و 5 عامل درباره عوامل سوق دهنده آن در قالب یک مدل با برازش مناسب گردید. ارزیابی انجام شده نشان داد که بین وضعیت موجود و مطلوب آن فاصله زیادی وجود دارد که جهت نیل به حالت مطلوب مستلزم اهتمام جدی مسئولان ذیربط می باشد.

The Responsibility of the Academic System to the Community: Designing a Model to Assess Its Current and Desirable Status

The purpose of this study was to design a model for assessing the social responsibility of the academic system.The research method was mixed exploration method. In qualitative part, 10 academic experts were selected for confirmation of qualitative research findings and in quantitative part, 259 faculty members were selected by stratified random sampling. In the first step, by reviewing the literature and documents, the components of the model were identified, and in the second step, the data were collected using a researchermade questionnaire. The construct and convergence validity of questionnaire were evaluated by confirmatory factor analysis and its reliability with Cronbachchr(chr('39')39chr('39'))s alpha and composite reliability. Qualitative content analysis technique was used to analyze the data in qualitative section and confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling was used in quantitative section. Findings led to the identification of 50 indicators and 7 components about the phenomenon of social responsibility in the Academic system and 37 indicators and 5 factors about its driving factors in the form of a wellfitting model. The evaluation showed that there is a large gap between the current situation and the desired situation, which requires serious efforts by the authorities concerned to achieve the desired situation.
