زمینه های جمعیت شناختی اعتماد اجتماعی در ایران

هدف اصلی تحقیق حاضر این است تا برخی از مهمترین زمینه های فرهنگیجمعیت شناختی مرتبط با اعتماد اجتماعی را مورد مطالعه و بررسی قرار دهد. در این تحقیق، بمنظور شناخت بهتر و فهم دقیقتر موضوع اعتماد اجتماعی، آن را در سه عرصه و لایه عمده اعم از عرصه خانواده یا اعتماد به والدین و فرزندان، عرصه اجتماع یا اعتماد به بستگان و دوستان، و عرصه مدیریت و سیاست یا اعتماد به مدیران و مسئولان موسوم به اعتماد نهادی مورد بررسی قرار داده ایم. در مجموع، یافته های این تحقیق نشان داده است که میزان اعتماد اجتماعی در عرصه خانواده حدود 95 درصد، در عرصه اجتماع در حدود دو سوم، و در عرصه سیاست یا اعتماد نهادی نیز در حدود یک سوم می باشد. علاوه براین، یافته های این تحقیق نشان داده است که اگرچه متغیرهای جمعیت شناختی و اجتماعی فاقد تاثیرات تعیین کننده ای بر اعتماد اجتماعی در عرصه خانواده می باشند، اما دو عرصه دیگر اعتماد اجتماعی بویژه اعتماد نهادی بطور چشمگیری تحت تاثیر سه دسته تعیین کننده های اصلی مشتمل بر تعیین کننده های جمعیت شناختی مانند سن، محل سکونت، جنس و تحصیلات وهمچنین متغیرهای مرتبط با مولفه‌های دینداری و نگرش جنسیتی است.

Cultural and Demographic Foundations of Social Trust in Iran

This study primarily aims to examine the cultural and demographic foundations of social trust. The research findings presented and discussed in this paper are based on a survey that includes a total sample of 5200 males and females residing in varying rural and urban areas across Iran. In order to examine social trust more appropriately, it has been classified into three main domains: trust towards family members, trust towards relatives and friends, and trust towards the officials socalled lsquo;institutional trust rsquo;.Generally speaking, the results of this study have shown that about 95 per cent of the respondents trust family members. The corresponding proportions are approximately twothird and onethird for trust towards relatives and friends and towards institutional trust, respectively. Furthermore, the results have indicated that while the trust towards family members is not significantly affected by sociodemographic determinants, the opposite applies to the two other domains of social trust, particularly to the institutional trust. This suggests that the institutional trust in particular is substantially affected by such demographic determinants as age, gender, place of residence, and education as well as by the determinants associated with religiosity and gender attitude.
