ارزیابی تاثیر طرح توسعه اراضی کشاورزی بر خروج از انزوای اجتماعی (مطالعه موردی: طرح epc شبکه فرعی آبیاری و زهکشی، تجهیز و نوسازی اراضی کشاورزی واحدهای عمرانی 2و3 دشت ارایض شهرستان شوش)

تحقیق حاضر با هدف ارزیابی تاثیر طرح عمرانی توسعه اراضی کشاورزی بر خروج از انزوای اجتماعی انجام گرفت. مسئله محققین در این تحقیق، توجه عاملین طرح های عمرانی به بُعد اقتصاد جامعه محلی بطور خاص و اقتصاد ملی، خودکفایی اقتصادی در زمینه تولیدات محصولات کشاورزی و بهینه سازی مصارف آب کشاورزی بطور عام و به فراموشی سپردن ابعاد اجتماعی و تاثیرات فرهنگی این طرح ها بر جامعه محلی تحت تاثیر است. روش تحقیق براساس رویکرد کیفی، استراتژی استقرا و روش شناسی نظریه بنیادی صورت گرفته و با استفاده تکنیک های مصاحبه عمیق، مشاهده مشارکتی، مباحث گروهی و تجربه زیسته محقق در منطقه مورد مطالعه ، جمع آوری داده ها از میدان تحقیق با نمونه گیری هدفمند تا مرحله اشباع نظری و بدون تعیین حجم نمونه قبلی انجام گردیده است. روش تحلیل تحلیل یافته ها نیز بصورت تماتیک و کدگذاری سه مرحله ای بوده است. یافته های این تحقیق حاکی از ایجاد یک سری شرایط و عوامل زمینه ای محرک در تقویت پیوند جامعه محلی با جوامع گسترده تر شهری و روستایی بوده و بر همین اساس جامعه محلی بر اساس شرایط و عوامل زمینه ای محرک از حالت انزوای اجتماعی خارج شده است. یافته های تحقیق حاضر با مفاهیم دیدگاه تلفیقی دوراهی داورز در ارتباط بوده و به نوعی تاکیدی تاییدی بر محتوای آن است.

Assessing the impact of development of agricultural land on social isolation (Case Study: EPC Irrigation and Drainage Project network, equipping and modernization of agricultural lands in the project area number2,3 in the city of Susa)

This study aimed to assess the impact of agricultural development projects on social isolation. Issues and concerns of the researchers in this study, according perpetrators of development projects on the economy of the local community in particular and the national economy, economic selfsufficiency in agricultural production and optimize the use of water in general and forgetting social and cultural impact of the project, In which called the impact on the local community. Research methodology is based on qualitative approach, strategy of induction and grounded theory made by using techniques of indepth interviews, participant observation, focus group discussions and researcher fiveyear lived experience. The sample of research was choice by targeted sampling, to determine the theoretical saturation. Data analysis has been done as well as thematic analysis and the threestep data encoding method. The findings suggest a series of conditions and factors driving strengthen the bond of community with broader communities including urban and rural, and therefore the local community based on the conditions and driving factors removed from social isolation. These findings have been associated with the concepts of Dauers dilemma consolidated view and a confirmation emphasis on its content.
