نقش الگوی اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت در تقویت پیوندهای روستایی شهری (مطالعه موردی: شهرستان شهرضا)

تقویت پیوندهای روستایی شهری مستلزم داشتن روش و الگوی مناسبی از توسعه و توسعه منطقه‌ای است. هر کشوری به دنبال الگوی مطلوب و بومی توسعه است که با فرهنگ بومی، مبانی اعتقادی و شرایط اجتماعی، اقتصادی، جغرافیایی و سیاسی خود تطابق داشته باشد؛ ازاین‌رو مسئولان کشور برای ایجاد جامعه مطلوب و استقرار تمدنی اسلامی ایرانی، الگوی اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت را برای برنامه‌ریزی کشور مطرح کردند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تقویت پیوندهای روستایی شهری برمبنای الگوی اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت در شهرستان شهرضا، تدوین شده است و درصدد آن است که با نگاهی نو و رویکردی منطبق بر مبانی نظری الگوی اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت، الگوی بومی متناسب با شرایط جغرافیایی و مقتضیات اقتصادی، اجتماعی فرهنگی، اعتقادی، محیطی و کالبدی روستاهای شهرستان را معرفی کند. پژوهش حاضر، باتوجه‌به هدف، از نوع کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت و روش، از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی تحلیلی و پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل مسئولان و مدیران مرتبط با موضوع در سطح شهرستان است که به‌دلیل حجم کم جامعه، همه جامعه آماری با روش تمام‌شماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار و روش‌های گردآوری اطلاعات به‌صورت اسنادی و کتابخانه‌ای، مصاحبه و پرسش‌نامه است. با بهره‌گیری از نرم‌افزار spss، داده‌های پژوهش، تجزیه و تحلیل شدند و برای پاسخ‌گویی به پرسش‌ها و آزمون فرضیات، از آزمون t تک‌نمونه‌ای، آزمون میانگین نمونه زوجی و آزمون خی‌دو (chisquare) استفاده شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان دادند که وضعیت موجود پیوندهای روستایی شهری، با تحقق الگوی اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت، تغییر خواهد کرد و شرایط مطلوب‌تری به دست خواهد آورد و کاهش فقر و نابرابری‌های موجود بین شهر و روستا را موجب می‌شود. بنابراین، باتوجه‌به اثرپذیری پیوندهای شهری روستایی از تحقق الگوی اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت و بهبود شرایط وضعیت موجود می‌توان گفت که تحقق الگوی اسلامی ایرانی تقویت پیوندهای روستایی شهری را در شهرستان شهرضا موجب خواهد شد.

Role of Islamic–Iranian progress pattern in Strengthening Urban–Rural linkages (Case Study: Shahreza Township)

The Strengthening of ruralurban linkages calls for a proper method and model of development and regional development. Each country pursues to employ appropriate and local patterns of development, that be compatible with its local culture, ideological basics, as well as social, economic, geographical and political conditions. Therefore, in order to create a favorable society and establish an IslamicIranian civilization, authorities have proposed IslamicIranian progress pattern for planning in Iran. The present study has been conducted in Shahreza Township, with the aim of Strengthening the ruralurban linkages, and based on IslamicIranian progress pattern, and with a new view and an approach compatible with the theoretical framework of the IslamicIranian progress pattern, is to introduce a local model compatible with geographical, economic, sociocultural, ideological, environmental, and physical conditions of the villages in this township. The present study is applied, in terms of the aim, and descriptiveanalytical survey, in terms of nature and method. The population of the study includes all authorities and managers related to the subject in the township, which due to the low population size, all members of the population were counted totally. The instrument and methods of data collection were documentary and librarian, also interviews, and questionnaires. Using SPSS software, all data of the research were analyzed and to answer the research questions and testing the hypotheses, we benefited one sample ttest, paired sample meantest, and Chisquare test. Findings indicated that the status quo of the ruralurban linkages will change, after realization of the IslamicIranian progress pattern and more favorable conditions will appear. It will result in reducing poverty rate, and inequalities available between cities and villages. Therefore, regarding the affectedness of ruralurban linkages from the realization of IslamicIranian progress pattern, and improvement of the present condition, it can be said that the realization of IslamicIranian progress pattern, may result in the Strengthening of ruralurban linkages in Shahreza.
