تحلیل فضایی شاخصهای شکل‌گیری روستای خلاق در سکونتگاه‌های روستایی (مطالعه موردی: منطقه سیستان)

طرح مسئله: وجود آشفتگی و نابسامانی در سکونتگاه‌های روستایی باعث شده تا اکثر کشورها در جستجوی شناخت یا خلق راه و روش‌های جدید برای تحقق توسعۀ روستایی باشند. در این بین، ارزیابی شاخص‌های روستای خلاق در عرصۀ بهبود اوضاع جوامع روستایی مطرح می‌گردد و باید در برهۀ زمانی کنونی توجه ویژه‌ای به آن شود.هدف: پژوهش حاضر باهدف ارزیابی شاخص‌های روستای خلاق در سکونتگاه‌های روستایی سیستان انجام‌شده است.روش: این پژوهش بر پایۀ روش توصیفی – پیمایشی و ازنظر هدف کاربردی است. برای گردآوری اطلاعات روش‌های اسنادی و میدانی به کار رفت. جامعۀ نمونۀ این پژوهش علاوه بر 28 متخصص درزمینۀ روستایی و توسعۀ منطقه‌ای، ساکنان 20 روستا از توابع منطقۀ سیستان است. دراین‌بین، بر اساس فرمول کوکران، تعداد 308 نفر انتخاب شدند و با روش تصادفی از آن‌ها نظرسنجی شد. برای دستیابی به اهداف پژوهش، از نرم‌افزارهای‌ spss، dematel، anp، mabac و gis استفاده شد.نتایج: بر اساس آزمون (t تک نمونه‌ای)، میانگین بدست آمده برای تمامی ابعاد بیشتر از میانگین نظری (3) می‌باشد. نتایج دیمَتِل نشان داد معیار ترویج و آموزش از بیشترین تاثیرگذاری و معیار خطرپذیری از بیشترین تاثیرپذیری در شکل‌گیری روستای خلاق برخوردار است. نتایج فرآیند تحلیل شبکه‌ای نشان داد، مولفۀ ترویج و آموزش با وزن‌ 0.342 مهم‌ترین عامل اثرگذار و مولفۀ انعطاف‌پذیری با وزن‌ 0.079 کم‌اهمیت‌ترین عامل اثرگذار بر شکل‌گیری روستای خلاق از نظر کارشناسان می‌باشد. نتایج تحلیل فضایی شدت اثر شاخص‌های روستای خلاق با استفاده از ماباک نشان داد تعداد 6 روستا دارای وضعیت مطلوب، 11 روستا دارای وضعیت متوسط و تعداد 3 روستا دارای شدت اثر کم می‌باشند.نوآوری: در پژوهش حاضر برای نخستین بار تحلیل فضایی عوامل موثر بر شکل‌گیری روستای خلاق در سکونتگاه‌های روستایی آن‌هم با استفاده از مدل‌های کاربردی بررسی شده است.

Spatial Analysis of Formation Indicatores of Creative Village in Rural Settlements (Case Study: Sistan Region)

Problem definition: The turmoil in rural areas has led most countries to seek to identify or create new ways and means to achieve rural development. In the meantime, the development of creative activities as one of the new approaches in the field of improving the situation of rural communities, which at the present time should be given special attention.Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the spatial analysis of the factors affecting the formation of the creative village in rural settlements of Sistan.Methodology: This research is based on descriptivesurvey method and applied purpose. Documentary and field methods were used to collect information. The sample community of this study, in addition to 28 specialists in rural and regional development, is the residents of 20 villages in Sistan. According to Cochran’s formula, 308 people were selected and randomly surveyed. To achieve the research objectives, SPSS,, Dematel,, ANP,, MABAC GIS software were used.Results: Based on the singlesample test (T), the mean obtained for all dimensions is greater than the theoretical average (3). The results of the network analysis process showed that the component of promotion and training with a weight of 0.342 is the most important factor and the component of flexibility with a weight of 0.079 is the least important factor influencing the formation of a creative village according to experts. The results of spatial analysis of the intensity of the effect of the characteristics of the creative village using Mabak showed that 6 villages have a favorable situation, 11 villages have a moderate situation and 3 villages have a low impact intensity.Innovation: In the present study, for the first time, spatial analysis of the factors affecting the formation of a creative village in rural settlements has been studied using applied models.
