ادبیات تطبیقی در ایران، نظریه در فرانسه (ادبیات تطبیقی از عمل تا نظر)

پژوهشگران ادبیات تطبیقی به اتفاق نظر دارند که خاستگاه ادبیات تطبیقی در قالب نظریه، کشور فرانسه است. این اصطلاح برای نخستین بار، در دهه های آغازینِ قرن نوزدهم به کار رفت، بعد از دوره کوتاهی تبدیل شد به نظریه و امروزه در قالب رشته ای تثبیت شده، در بسیاری از دانشگاه های جهان دارای کرسی است و موسسه های پژوهشی معتبری در این زمینه فعال هستند. این در حالی است که سابقۀ تاریخی، نمودها و نمونه های تطبیقی در ادبیات ایران سابقه ای بیش از هزار سال دارد اما متاسفانه به دلیل نبود کرسی های دانشگاهی و موسسه های پژوهشی ویژۀ ادبیات تطبیقی، سابقه و پیشینۀ تاریخی این دانش نوپا، ناشناخته و مغفول مانده است؛ امروزه در بسیاری از کشورهای جهان، کرسی های آموزشی و موسسات پژوهشی ادبیات تطبیقی فعال هستند اما نامی از ایران و ادبیات ایران با آنهمه قدمت و غنا نیست. این مقاله با هدف تبیین سهم و نقش ادبیات ایران در تمدن و فرهنگ جهانی، برآن است که به روش تحلیلی توصیفی، با ارائه شواهد و نمونه ها، سابقه تاریخی و نمود های عینی وجود ادبیات تطبیقی در ادبیات هزار سال پیش ایران، نشان دهد آنچه امروزه به مکتب فرانسه موسوم است، بیش از هزار سال پیش در ادبیات ایران سابقه داشته است.
