تهیه منشور و مقیاس اخلاق حرفه‌ای در آموزش دانشگاهی: اعتبار سنجی با مدل راش

پژوهش حاضر به‌منظور تهیه نسخه فارسی منشور اخلاق حرفه‌ای و اعتبار سنجی مقیاس اخلاق حرفه‌ای در آموزش دانشگاهی، با عنایت به رویکردهای استادان رشته‌های گوناگون و اهمیت رعایت اصول اخلاق حرفه‌ای در آموزش دانشگاهی و در قالب کیفی و کمّی، انجام شده است. ابتدا، ترجمه فارسی منشور تهیه شد؛ سپس، با تحلیل داده‌های کیفی به بررسی نظرات کتبی و شفاهی استادان دانشگاه‌ها‌ پرداخته شد. در ادامه، نسخۀ فارسی منشور ذیل چهار مولفه تعهد به دانشجو، حرفه، سازمان و جامعه، در قالب 54 گزاره، ارائه گردید. در فاز کمّی، مقیاس 7 مقوله‌ای سنجش اخلاق حرفه‌ای و بر اساس منشور تهیه شده و در اختیار 200 استاد دانشگاه قرار گرفت. داده‌های این مرحله با استفاده از مدل مقیاس رتبه‌بندی راش-اندریچ و به‌منظور سنجش برازندگی محتوا و تک‌بعدی بودن ابزار بررسی گردید و ابزاری روا شده و پایا تهیه شد. بدین‌صورت، 6 گویه حذف شده و تعداد مقوله‌ها به 5 مقوله کاهش یافت. نهایتاً، مقیاس اخلاق حرفه‌ای با 48 گویۀ پنج‌مقوله‌ای معرفی شد. در انتها، اهمیت بهره‌وری از منشور اخلاق حرفه‌ای در دانشگاه‌ها مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و زمینه‌های پیشنهادی برای مطالعات آتی معرفی گردید.

development and validation of the professional ethics code and scale in university education: a rasch model approach

this study was conducted to develop the persian version of the professional ethics code and validate the scale for university instructors, considering the perspectives of professors from various academic disciplines. first, the persian translation of the code was prepared. then, the written and oral feedback from professors at several universities was analyzed during the qualitative phase. next, the persian version of the code, encompassing four components—commitment to students, commitment to the profession, commitment to the organization and commitment to society—was presented in the form of 54 propositions. in the quantitative phase, a 7-category scale for measuring professional ethics was prepared based on the code and was given to 200 university professors. the content validity and one-dimensionality of the scale were assessed. consequently, 6 items were removed and the number of categories was reduced to five. finally, the scale was refined to 48 items, using a 5-point likert format.
