دیدگاه ناشران و مترجمان درباره ضوابط نشر کتاب و ممیزی و پیامدهای آن در ایران بعد از انقلاب اسلامی

پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی ایران، قلمرو نشر کتاب و ضوابط حاکم بر آن را دگرگون کرد. علی‌رغم توجّه پژوهشگران به برخی ابعاد نشر کتاب، به ضوابط نشر کتب تالیفی و ترجمه‌ای توجّه نشده است. بر همین اساس، این پژوهش به بررسی ضوابط حاکم بر نشر در ایران اختصاص یافته است. تلاش شده زوایای مختلف این ضوابط نشان داده شده و پیامدهای آن تبیین شود. برای این کار، علاوه بر بررسی ضوابط مربوط، نظر مترجمان و ناشران را از طریق مصاحبه جویا شدیم و در چارچوب روش تحلیل مضمون، تحلیل کرده‌ایم. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که گذر از ممیزی‌های سلیقه‌ای از مسائل و دغدغه‌های اصلی مترجمان و ناشران است. شفّاف نبودن ضوابط باعث شده ممیزان در ارزیابی کتاب‌ها به تفسیر روی آورند، نایکدستی در برخورد با کتاب‌ها به‌ویژه ترجمه‌ها دیده شود و نارضایتی برخی از مترجمان و ناشران را به همراه داشته باشد.

publishers and translators’ perspectives on book publishing regulations and censorship and their consequences in post-revolutionary iran

as a result of the islamic revolution in 1979, book publishing mechanisms and other related systems like censorship mechanisms experienced dramatic changes. despite the due attention of researchers to some aspects of book publishing like the economy of publishing, no research has been conducted on book regulations in post-revolutionary iran. using in-depth interviews with publishers and translators, this study aimed to examine the regulations governing book publishing in iran. it tried to shed light on the hidden aspects of book publishing regulations and explore the consequences of implementing the regulations. the results showed that among the main problems and concerns of translators and publishers is inconsistency in censors’ decisions, which could be the result of a lack of transparent publication regulations.
