تحلیل روان‌شناختی بحران هویت قهرمان زن در فرهنگ مردسالار از خلال مطالعة رمان ترس و لرز اثر نوتومب

تصویر زنان در ادبیات متاثر از نگاه فرهنگ جامعه به جایگاه زنان می‌باشد. محیط زندگی نه‌تنها تاثیر بسزایی در شکل‌گیری هویت زن دارد بلکه زمینه‌ساز رشد یا مانع پیشرفت او در جامعه است. مهاجرت نیز به سبب تغییر محیط و الگوهای‌زندگی می‌تواند زمینه‌ساز تغییر هویت باشد. رمان ترس و لرز، مهاجرت دختری بلژیکی به ژاپن را به تصویر می‌کشد. تفاوت ارزش‌های غرب و شرق، قهرمان داستان را دچار تضاد هویتی می‌کند. املی نوتومب، نویسندة بلژیکی، آگاهانه به نمود این بحران هویت در نزد قهرمان زن داستان توجه نشان داده است. در پژوهش حاضر، کشمکش‌های درونی املی، قهرمان داستان و کارکردهای ذهن او از دید روان‌شناختی با رویکردی تحلیلی و با تکیه بر نظریات کارن هورنای بررسی خواهد شد. هورنای تضادهای درونی افراد را ملاک قرار می‌دهد و مکانیسم دفاعی انسان‌ها را در برابر جامعه به سه خصوصیت مهرطلبی، برتری‌طلبی و عزلت‌گزینی دسته‌بندی می‌کند. درک بحران هویت املی در جامعة مردسالار، از گذر تحلیلی روان‌شناختی امکان‌پذیراست. این پژوهش تلاش‌دارد با بررسی تاثیر رفتارهای اجتماعی دیگران و محیط بر شخصیت زن داستان، مکانیسم‌های دفاعی او را در گریز از شرایط نامطلوب اجتماعی، زادة جامعه مردسالار بررسی نماید.

The Exploration of Identity Crisis in Nothomb’s Fear and Trembling, Based on Karen Horney’s Psychoanalytic Theory

Every individual’s identity has personal and social dimensions and the process of identity formation in the constant interaction with environment worth studying. The migration phenomenon also results in the change in migrant’s identity, since he/she experiences a variety of environments and trends and tries to form his/her own identity, based on the target country’s culture. The sociocultural gap between the source and target countries plays a decisive role in identity crisis. Nothomb has focused consciously on the emergence of this crisis in her works. Her novel, Fear and Trembling (1999), narrating the story of a Belgian girl, who travels to Japan for a while, in search of work. The differences and conflicts between the eastern and western values; inflicts Amélie with identity conflicts and duality. In this research, we explore and analyze the identity crisis in Amélie, the novel’s protagonist, based on Karen Horney apos;s Theory. Horney explores the individuals’ internal conflict, through different factors and classifies them into three categories of needs: compliance, aggression, and detachment. But, what is the relationship between Amélie’s moral characteristics and social behaviors with her identity crisis and how has the writer presented this crisis in her relationship with the other characters in the novel?
