نقد دیدگاه و شروح ابن‌ابی‌الحدید در مسالۀ «ولایت سیاسی اجتماعی اهل‌بیت علیهم السلام » در نهج‌البلاغه

ولایت سیاسی اجتماعی اهل بیت علیهم السلام، از حقوق مسلّم و موضوعه از جانب خدای سبحان است که مورد تاکید قرآن کریم و خود اهل بیت علیهم‌السلام من‌جمله نهج‌البلاغه بوده است. به‌رغم اهمیت و کیفیت شرح ابن‌ابی‌الحدید بر نهج‌البلاغه، وی در مواردی از شرح خود، راه خلاف انصاف را پیموده و فرمایشات حضرت را بر مبنای اصول اعتقادی و فقهی خود شرح کرده است. در این مقاله پس از ارائه‌ی امور مقدماتی و نیز مبانی نظری و کلیات، به تبیین مساله‌ی ولایت سیاسی اجتماعی امیرالمومنین علیه‌السلام  از دیدگاه ابن ابی‌الحدید می‌پردازیم. در این میان، شروحی که وی در مورد فرمایشات امیرالمومنین علیه‌السلام در باب احقّیت حضرت در مساله‌ی ولایت ارائه داده و نیز تفکیکی که بین افضلیت و خلافت می‌کند و دیگر موارد مربوطه بررسی می‌شود. سپس نقدهایی که به ابن ابی‌الحدید در مورد شروحش وارد شده را ایراد می‌کنیم. یافته‌ی تحقیق حاضر، قضاوت غیرمنصفانه‌ی ابن‌ابی‌الحدید در مساله‌ی ولایت سیاسی اجتماعی امیرالمومنین علیه‌السلام، ناظر به فرمایشات حضرت در نهج‌البلاغه است. او در این زمینه با اصرار بر پیش‌فرض‌های برخاسته از عقاید و فقه درون مذهبی خود، چشم بر حقیقت بسته است. هدف از این مقاله تبیین شروح ابن‌ابی‌الحدید ذیل فرمایشات حضرت امیر علیه‌السلام در مساله‌ی ولایت سیاسی اجتماعی اهل بیت علیهم السلام و سپس نقد این دیدگاه‌ها و شروح اوست. روش این اثر بنیادین، تحلیل و نقد بر مبنای اسناد است که با مراجعه به کتب کتابخانه، سایت‌های معتبر و نرم‌افزارهای مرتبط صورت می‌پذیرد.

Critique of Ibn Abi al-Hadid’s views and explanations on the issue of Ahl al-Bayt (as) socio-political guardianship in Nahj al-Balaghah

The sociopolitical guardianship of the Ahl alBayt (as) is an inalienable right from God Almighty, which has been emphasized by the Holy Quran and the Ahl alBayt (as) itself, including the Nahj alBalaghah. Despite the specificity and quality of Ibn Abi alHadid’s commentary on Nahj alBalabagh, in some cases of his commentary and interpratation, he has followed the path of injustice and has explained the orders of the Imam based on his doctrinal and jurisprudential principles. In this article, after providing basic services as well as theoretical and general principles, to explain the issue of a sociopolitical province of Amir alMo’menin against Islam has been made from the perspective of Ibn Abi alHadid. In the meantime, he explains the explanations that he gave about the order of the Commander of the Faithful (pbuh) regarding the rightfulness of the Imam in the matter of a province, as well as the distinction between superiority and the caliphate and other related matters. Then let us use the criticisms leveled at Ibn Abi alHadid about his explanations. The findings of the present study are the unfair judgment of Ibn Abi alHadid on the issue of the sociopolitical governorship of the Amir alMu’minin (as), which refers to the orders of the Imam in Nahj alBalaghah. In this regard, he has turned a blind eye to the truth by insisting on the presuppositions arising from his beliefs and jurisprudence within his denomination. The purpose of this article is to explain the interpretations of Ibn Abi alHadid following the orders of Hazrat Amir (as) on the issue of the sociopolitical guardianship of the Ahl alBayt (as) and then to critique his interpretations. The method of this basic work is analysis and critique based on documents, which is done by referring to library books, reputable sites and related software.
