شرایط صلح از دیدگاه امام علی (ع)

صلح موجب امنیت جامعه، آرامش مردم، آسایش لشکریان و آبادانی شهرها است؛ اما این آثار زمانی بر آن مترتب خواهد بود که شرایط و مقررات صلح رعایت شود. در این تحقیق تلاش شده است تا شرایط و الزامات صلح از دیدگاه امام علی مورد بحث قرار گیرد. پرسش پژوهش این است که شرایط و الزامات صلح از دیدگاه امام علی چیست؟ پاسخ به این پرسش در سخنان امام علی به‌خصوص عهدنامه مالک اشتر مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و دیدگاه آن حضرت استنباط شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که صلح از نگاه او ذاتا امر مطلوب است، اما مشروط براین‌که مورد رضای خداوند بوده و عزت و اقتدارجامعه اسلامی درآن حفظ شود. امام نکات متعددی را به عنوان شرایط و الزامات صلح یادآور می‌شود که عبارتند از: هوشیاری نسبت به توطئه‌های دشمن و پیامدهای احتمالی آن؛ آینده‌نگری و دوراندیشی و عدم حسن ظن به دشمن؛ شفافیت و روشن بودن پیمان صلح و عدم تاویل‌پذیری آن و درنهایت پایبندی به معاهدات صلح و پرهیز از هرگونه فریب‌کاری وپیمان‌شکنی. رعایت مجموع این شرایط و الزامات به صلح بُردبُرد می‌انجامد که تامین کننده منافع دو طرف مخاصمه است.

The peace conditions from Imam Ali’s viewpoint

Peace brings security to society, calmness to the people, comfort to the army and prosperity to the cities. But these effects will come at a time when the regulations and conditions of peace are being observed. Some of the most important conditions of peace are reflected in Imam Ali’s speech, especially in the Malik Ashtar Treaty. The purpose of this investigation is to study and explain these conditions from the of Imam Ali viewpoint. The findings of the investigation show that peace is inherently desirable from the viewpoint of that Imam, but provided that it has been pleasing to God and the dignity and authority of the Islamic society is preserve in it. On the other hand, the Imam mentions several points as conditions of peace, which are: awareness of the enemy’s conspiracies and beware of it; Futurism and foresight and lack of suspicion to the enemy; Transparency and clarity of the peace treaty and its non Interpretability; And ultimately adherence to peace treaties and avoiding any deception or violation of contract. In this investigation, descriptiveanalytical method has been used.
