عوامل، موانع و راهکارهای مدیریتی موثر در تحقق انضباط اجتماعی بر مبنای آموزه های تربیتی امام علی (ع)

هدف اصلی تحقیق حاضر بررسی عوامل، موانع و راهکارهای مدیریتی موثر در تحقق انضباط اجتماعی بر مبنای آموزه های تربیتی امام علی (ع)می باشد که با روش تحلیلی و استنتاجی انجام شده است. در این تحقیق پیش از پرداختن به هدف اصلی تحقیق، اهمیت نظم در زندگی، اصول و فنون انضباط مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. سپس عوامل، موانع و راهکارهای مدیریتی موثر در تحقق انضباط اجتماعی بر مبنای آموزه های تربیتی امام علی (ع)استنتاج و تحلیل شده است. نتیجه تحقیق نشان می دهد که عواملی که در این تحقیق استنتاج شده و مورد بررسی قرار گرفت، مختص به زمان و دوره امام علی (ع)نمی باشد، بلکه این عوامل برای هر دوره و زمانی قابل اجراست و چنانچه این عوامل و موانع و راهکارها، ملاک و معیار انضباط اجتماعی قرار گیرد، آثار مثبت و سازنده آن در سازمانها و جوامع محقق خواهد شد.

Then Factors, barriers, and effective management strategies for achieving social discipline Based on the educational teachings of Imam Ali (AS) it has been deduced and analyzed. The research results show that Factors that in this study was deduced and examined, , Is not specific to the time and period of Imam Ali (AS), But These factors applicable to each period of time And if these factors, obstacles and solutions, To meet the criteria of social discipline, Its positive and productive effects will be realized in organizations and communities.
