واکاوی ریشه های تاریخی رهبری خدمتگزار از منظر امام علی (ع) در نهج البلاغه

این پژوهش با تاسی از نامه های امام علی (ع) در نهج البلاغه بدنبال کشف و شناسایی شاخص ها و ویژگیهای رهبری خدمتگزار از دیدگاه ایشان است تا نتایج آن پاسخی به ابهامات موجود در زمینة چیستی رهبری خدمتگزار باشد.پژوهش حاضراز حیث هدف یک پژوهش بنیادی با راهبردِ روش تحلیل مضمون و شبکة مضامین است.یافته های تحقیق به شناسایی 3 مضمون غالب، 11 مضمون فراگیر ، 45 مضمون سازمان دهنده، 119 مضمون اصلی و 87 مضمون فرعی منتج گردید. یافته های تحقیق نشان دادند که رهبری از منظر امام علی (ع) مقوله ای است که بر سه اصلِ معرفت، ایمان و عمل استوار است. عمل و رفتار رهبری نیز دربرگیرندة شش حیطة خدامحوری، عقل محوری، بصیرت محوری، اخلاق محوری ، خدمت محوری و فرایند محوری می باشد. شیوة رهبری امیر مومنان (ع)، رهبری خدمتگزارِ مبتنی بر ایمان و معرفت الهی است وخدمت و خدمتگزاری در شیوة رهبری ایشان به عنوان نقطة کانونی تمرکز در تربیتِ پیروان، بویژه رهبران ، مدیران و کارگزاران محسوب می گردد.

Analysis of the historical roots of the servant leadership from the viewpoint of Imam Ali (as) in Nahj Al-Balagha

This research is based on the letters of Imam Ali (AS) in, Nahj alBalaghah seeking to identify the indicators and characteristics of the servant leadership from his point of view, So its results will be the answer to the ambiguities regarding what the servant leadership .The present research is aimed at a basic research with the strategy of the thematic analysis method and the thematic network. The findings of the study resulted in the identification of 3 dominant themes, 11 inclusive themes, 45 organizing themes, 119 the main themes and 87 sub themes. (The finding shows that from the point of view of Imam Ali) The results of the research indicated leadership is a category based on the three principles of wisdom, faith, and behavior. The practice and leadership behaviors also include six areas of Godcentrism, reasoncentrism, insightcentrism, moralcentrism, favorcentrism, and Procedurecentrism. The Leadership of the Imam Ali is the Leader of the Servant based on divine faith and divine episteme . Service and serving in his leadership method is a focal point in focusing on educating followers, especially leaders, managers and agents.
