هیدگر و فوکو: تکنولوژی و تکنولوژی انضباطی

با پیشرفت تکنولوژی در قرن نوزدهم و آغاز قرن بیستم هیدگر و فوکو به تاثیر پیشرفت تکنولوژی بر زندگی بشر پرداختند هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نحوه مواجهه هیدگر و فوکو با تکنولوژی است. هیدگر با پیگیری تاریخ متافیزیک از انکشاف هستی در دوره های مختلف تاریخ پرده بر می دارد. او با رویکرد هستی شناختی تکنولوژی را شیوه ای از انکشاف هستی در عصر مدرن می دانست که با برنامه ریزی محاسبه و نظم دهی طبیعت را همچون منبع ذخایر انضباط میبخشد و به مثابه ابژه تولید می.کند فوکو نیز در چارچوب تحلیل روابط قدرت تکنولوژی را شبکه ی انضباطی از روابط قدرت و دانش میداند که با تشکیل شیوه ها و سازوکارهایی عام انسانها را در قالب قرار میدهد و به مثابه ی سوژه برمی سازد. در این مقاله، از منظر دو بنیان متفاوت هستی در هیدگر و قدرت در فوکو به تکنولوژی می پردازیم. با همخوانی دو متفکر در این بحث ما را به این نتیجه میرساند که روایت فوکو از تکنولوژی تکمیل کننده و توسعه دهنده ی بحث هیدگر در این زمینه است.

heidegger and foucault: technology and disciplinary technology

with the advancement of technology in the 19th and early 20th centuries, heideggerand foucault discussed the effects of technological progress on human life. the aim ofthis study is to examine how heidegger and foucault confronted technology. by tracingthe history of metaphysics, heidegger reveals disclosure of being in the different epochsof history. using an ontological approach, he considered technology as a way ofdisclosure being in modernity, disciplining nature as a source of reserves and producingit as an object through planning, calculatin, and order. in the context of analysing ofpower relations, foucault considers technology as a disciplinary network of power andknowledge relations that, through the formation of common methods and mechanisms,places humans in a framework and makes them subjects. in this article, we discusstechnology from the perspective of the two different foundations of being in heideggerand of power in foucault. the concurrence of two thinkers in this discussion leads us tothe conclusion that foucault's account of technology complements and developsheidegger’s discussion in this field.
