صورت بندی مسئله جهت داری تکنولوژی

یکی از مسائل تکنولوژی، بحث جهت داری آن است که این موضوع همواره دارای موافقان و مخالفانی بوده است. برخی تکنولوژی را جهت دار و برخی قائل به خنثایی تکنولوژی هستند. آنها تکنولوژی را صرفاً ابزاری می دانند که جهت آن توسط کاربران تعیین می شود. بر اساس این مقاله، تکنولوژی از جنبه های مختلف جهت دار است که برخی از این جنبه ها عبارتند از: جهت داری به لحاظ مبادی، جهت داری به لحاظ کاربرد، جهت داری به لحاظ لوازم و اقتضائات، جهت داری به لحاظ بستر و زمینه، جهت داری به لحاظ شکل گیری «کُل مجموعی سیستماتیک»، جهت داری به لحاظ «اثر تکوینی صنایع»، جهت داری به لحاظ آثار و نتایج. از این رو جهت داری تکنولوژی مستلزم «ذات پنداری» تکنولوژی نیست، بلکه مقصود از جهت داری مقارنت اکثری این اوصاف و خصایص برای تکنولوژی در مواجهه با اراده نوع انسان ها است.

The Formulation of problem of technology orientation

One of the issues concerning technology is the orientation discussion. This issue has always had Proponents and opponents. Some see technology as directional and some know technology being neutral. The neutralists view technology as merely a userdefined tool. In this study, based on a orientational interpretation. According to this study, technology is oriented in different manners. Some of these aspects as follows: orientation in terms of fundamentals, orientation in terms of frameworks, orientation in terms of application, orientation in terms of supplies, orientation in terms of requirements, orientation in terms of context and subtext, orientation in terms of the all–collectinely of the systematics, orientation in terms of the genuine effects of the technology, and orientation in terms of results. According to this approach, the orientation of technology does not essential to the nature of technology, but the purpose of this orientation is among the majority of these technological attributes and characteristics in human will.
