استنتاج و نسبت مفاهیم حق و سیاست بر اساس کتاب بنیادهای حق طبیعی فیشته

فیشته در کتاب بنیادهای حق طبیعی در دیالکتیکی دو سویه نه تنها مفهوم و اصل حق را از اصطلاحاتی در آغاز انتزاعی چون موجود متعقل، کنش‌گری، آزادی، آگاهی، دیگری و مفهوم بیناسوژه‌ای استنباط می‌کند بلکه در عین حال انضمامی شدن تمامی آن‌ اصطلاحات را بر اساس مفهوم و اصل حق تحقق می‌بخشد. بنابراین در نظام فکری فیشته تمامی این مفاهیم مجموعه‌ی پیچیده‌ای را تشکیل می‌دهند که تنها با یکدیگر فهمیده می‌شوند چرا که به صورت دیالکتیکی از درون یکدیگر به وجود می‌آیند و تنها با یکدیگر امکان تحقق دارند. اما در پایان راه به دلیل استنباط قانون حق و تمامی نسبت‌های آن از طریق عقل، موجود متعقل آزاد را زماناً و منطقاً در راس هرم اصطلاحات بنیادین فلسفه‌ی حق و سیاست فیشته نشان خواهیم داد. در ادامه فیشته در صدد متحقق کردن قانون حق و ضمانت آن برای افراد در جهان خارج، به استنتاج حکومت (در مقام اراده‎‌ی عمومی همگان) و سیاست به عنوان علم دولت گام برمی‌دارد و این علم جدید را همچون خدمتگزار حقی در نظر می‌گیرد که اساس ماهیت خود را به طور پیشینی از موجود متعقل آزاد کسب کرده است.
