برآورد ارزش اقتصادی آب در بخش کشاورزی (مطالعه موردی باغات شهرستان گچساران)

مقدمه: به علت محدودیت منابع آبی در کشور، تعیین ارزش اقتصادی آب به عنوان رویکردی جدید، در مدیریت و بهره برداری از منابع آب ضروری به شمار می آید. بر این اساس هدف کلی این پژوهش برآورد ارزش اقتصادی آب در باغات شهرستان گچساران می‌باشد.روش: جامعه آماری در پژوهش حاضر شامل باغداران شهرستان گچساران است که تعداد آنان 2900 نفر بود. برای انتخاب نمونه آماری از جدول کرجسی و مورگان استفاده شد و بر اساس این جدول تعداد افراد نمونه 262 نفر تعیین شد. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود که برای سنجش روایی آن از پانل متخصصان و برای محاسبه پایایی ابزار گردآوری تحقیق از آزمون آلفای کرنباخ استفاده گردید. مقدار آلفای کرونباخ کل پرسشنامه0.78 بدست آمد که این مقدار برای انجام تحقیق قابل قبول می باشد.نتایج: با توجه به مجموع کشش های تولیدی نهاده های تابع کابداگلاس میزان بازده نسبت به مقیاس محصولات باغی در شهرستان گچساران در سال 1396، 7.55 می باشد که نشان می دهد با افزایش 7.55 درصدی نهاده های تولید در شهرستان گچساران، عملکرد محصولات باغی 7.55 درصد افزایش می یابد. به منظور تعیین ارزش اقتصادی آب کشاورزی، از توابع تولید کاب داگلاس، ترانسندنتال و ترانسلوگ استفاده شده است.نتیجه گیری: نتایج حاصل از برآورد توابع تولید مورد بررسی نشان داد تابع کاب داگلاس با توجه به سادگی و ضرایب معنی دار نسبت به سایر توابع (ترنسندنتال و ترانسلوگ) برتری داشت و برآورد ارزش اقتصادی آب بر اساس آن برابر با 585،060 ریال می باشد

Estimating Economic Value of Optimal Water Consumption in Agriculture (Case Study of Gachsaran Gardens)

Due to the limited water resources in the country, determining the economic value of water as a new approach is essential in managing and utilizing water resources. The general objective of research is to estimate the economic value of water in Gachsaran gardens. The Statistical Society in this research was gardeners of Gachsaran city with 2900 people. To select the statistical sample, Krejcy and Morgan tables were used. based on this table, the sample size was 262 people. A researchermade questionnaire was used to collect data. To assess the validity of the research tools, a panel of experts including the professors of the Agricultural Management Department of Islamic Azad University of Gachsaran Branch was used and to calcute the reliability of the research tool Cronbach’s alpha test was used and the Cronbach’s alpha value of the entire questionnaire (0.78) was calculated, this value is acceptable to do the research. According to the total production elasticities of CobDouglas subordinate inputs, the rate of return relative to the scale of horticultural products in Gachsaran is 7.55%, indicating that with 7.55% increase in production input in Gachsaran, the horticultural product increases by 7.55%. In order to determine the economic value of agricultural water, the functions of Cobb Douglas, Transcendental and Transgul production have been used. The results of the estimation of production functions showed that the Cobb Douglas function according to its simplicity and coefficients was superior to other functions (Transcendental and Transgul), and the estimated economic value of water is 585,060 Rials.
