introduction: management in organizations and countries prescribes the lifestyle of citizens as a legal requirement. it is very important to encourage citizens to treat each other with respect, both at the individual level and at the group level. the purpose of this research is to study of the effect of lifestyle on the lawlessness of citizens (noor city).
methods: the research method is mixed and in terms of the purpose of development, the statistical population of the research is 384 citizens working in the health and treatment centers of noor city, data collection was done through researcher-made questionnaires, and the validity and reliability cronbach's alpha test was used to determine the reliability, as well as the gfi test and also to test the research hypotheses, pls software was used.
results: the results of the research showed that lifestyle through its components (individual factors, economic capital, economic and social base, cultural consumption, social factors) on the dimensions of lawlessness (political factors, legal factors, managerial factors, cultural factors, social factors), economic factors, structural and external factors) are influential.
conclusion: based on the results, it is suggested that lifestyle regulation be described as a political or social phenomenon in order to influence people's behavior to some extent.
