introduction: the importance of financing in the healthcare sector is twofold considering its role in the health of the society. the purpose of this research is to identify, model and analyze the scenarios of the csfs of financing through ppp in iran's healthcare supply chain.
methods: this research was conducted in two qualitative and quantitative phases. the statistical population is iran's healthcare supply chain experts. in the first stage, the csfs were identified with semi-structured interviews and the use of thematic analysis. in the second stage, a researcher-made questionnaire was used to model and analyze the scenario. to analyze the data, fuzzy cognitive mapping was used in fcm appear and pajek software's.
results: the results show 38 csfs. the results of fuzzy cognitive mapping showed that government support, monitoring management and information management have the highest degree of effectiveness. the forward and backward scenarios and their overlap show the high importance of government support, monitoring management and information management.
conclusion: it is necessary for the government to take act in the field of long-term loans, the possibility of using government facilities and tax exemptions, including the accessible payment clause in the payment mechanism section, and setting up an electronic monitoring system.
