فرار مشتریان محلی: شناسایی عوامل اساسی موثر بر ترجیح مراکز درمانی سایر شهرستان‌ها توسط بیماران بومی

مقدمه: مراجعه بیماران به مراکز درمانی، انگیزه های لازم برای سرمایه گذاری در این حوزه را فراهم می کند و بر این اساس جذب بیماران بومی از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. بر این اساس هدف اصلی این تحقیق شناسایی عوامل اساسی موثر بر ترجیح مراکز درمانی سایر شهرستان‌ها توسط بیماران بومی شهرستان سراب بود. روش پژوهش: این تحقیق به روش اکتشافی در شهرستان سراب به انجام رسید. بدین منظور تعداد 23 نفر به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند، به‌عنوان نمونه‌های پژوهش انتخاب و از تکنیک مصاحبه استفاده شد و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نظریه داده بنیاد انجام گرفت. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که درمجموع 9 عامل ظرفیت، فرهنگی-اجتماعی، تنوع مراکز درمانی، منابع انسانی، تصویر ذهنی و اعتماد عمومی، مدیریتی، رفتاری، خدمات، و تجهیزات پزشکی به‌ عنوان اصلی‌ترین عوامل موثر بر ترجیح مراکز درمانی سایر شهرستان ها شناخته شدند.نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج پژوهش، به برنامه ریزان مراکز درمانی شهرستان سراب پیشنهاد می شود عوامل شناسایی شده در این تحقیق را در راستای جلوگیری از خروج بیماران محلی از شهرستان مد نظر قرار دهند.

local clients escape: identifying essential factors affecting native patients’ preference for other city medical centers

introduction: referrals to medical centers provide the necessary incentives to invest in this area, and therefore attracting native patients is of paramount importance. therefore, the main purpose of this study was to identify the major factors affecting the preference of medical centers in other cities by the native patients of sarab.methods: referrals to medical centers provide the necessary incentives to invest in this area, and therefore attracting native patients is of paramount importance. therefore, the main purpose of this study was to identify the major factors affecting the preference of medical centers in other cities by the native patients of sarab.results: the results showed that 9 factors of capacity, cultural-social, diversity of health centers, human resources, mental image and public trust, managerial, behavioral, services, and medical equipment were identified as the main factors influencing the preference of medical centers in other cities.conclusion: based on the results of this study, it is suggested that the planners of sarab city health centers consider the factors identified in this study in order to prevent local patients from leaving the city for treatment.
