بررسی چالش‌های مدیران بیمارستان‌های خصوصی شهر تهران در رویارویی با مسائل امنیتی

مقدمه: مبحث امنیت از منظر تامین امنیت کارکنان و بیماران بیمارستان، اهمیت بالایی دارد. در این پژوهش سعی شده است که امنیت در بیمارستان‌ها از سه جنبه‌ (امنیت فیزیکی، امنیت اجتماعی و امنیت اطلاعاتی) مورد بررسی قرار گیرد و چالش‌های پیش‌رو شناسایی گردد.روش پژوهش: این مطالعه طی دو مرحله‌ی کیفی-موردی و کمی و با روش میدانی-پیمایشی بود. در بخش کیفی، با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و روش گلوله برفی 14 نفر از خبرگان این حوزه (مدیران و مسئولان امنیتی بیمارستان ها) در بین جامعه آماری شناسایی شدند و به صورت مصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند با آنها مصاحبه شد. با استفاده از یافته‌های مرحله قبل در مرحله کمی، پرسشنامه‌ای بسته با مقیاس 5 گزینه‌ای لیکرت طراحی گردید و برای تعیین نمونه آماری از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی استفاده شد. تعداد جامعه آماری این مرحله 35 نفر بود. داده‌های به دست آمده با استفاده از شاخص‌های آمار توصیفی و با نرم افزار spss تحلیل شد.یافته‌ها: با طراحی پرسشنامه مشخص شد که وجود وسایل مقابله با شرایط اضطراری و ایمن بودن اسناد کاغذی حساس در بعد امنیت فیزیکی، آموزش‌ حفاظت فیزیکی کارکنان حراست و خشونت جسمی برای پرستاران در بعد امنیت اجتماعی، به روز رسانی آنتی ویروس‌ها، کنترل ورودی و خروجی‌های بیمارستان، محدود سازی دسترسی به شبکه و ذخیره سازی دوربین‌ها در بعد امنیت اطلاعات در بیمارستان بیشترین تاثیر داشتند.نتیجه‌گیری: ایجاد زیرساخت های لازم جهت فراهم کردن سیستم امنیتی-فیزیکی و تجهیز شبکه نظارتی می‌تواند در حفظ امنیت فیزیکی، اجتماعی و اطلاعاتی موثر باشد.

investigating the challenges of managers of private hospitals in tehran in dealing with organizations’ security issues

introduction: the issue of security is very important from the perspective of ensuring the safety of hospital staff and patients. in this study, we have tried to study security in hospitals from three aspects (physical security, social security and information security) and identify the leading challenges.methods: this study was conducted in two stages: qualitative-case and quantitative and with field-survey method. in the qualitative section, using targeted sampling method and snowball method, 14 experts in this field (managers and security officials of hospitals) were identified among the statistical population and interviewed in a semi-structured interview. using the findings of the previous stage in the quantitative stage, a closed questionnaire with a 5-point likert scale was designed and random sampling method was used to determine the statistical sample. the statistical population of this stage was 35 people. the obtained data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and spss software.results: by designing the questionnaire, it was found that the existence of emergency response equipment and the safety of sensitive paper documents in the field of physical security, physical protection training for security guards and physical violence for nurses in the field of social security, antivirus updates, hospital entry and exit control, restricting network access and storing cameras had the greatest impact on information security in the hospital.conclusion: creating the necessary infrastructure to provide a physical security system and equipping the surveillance network can be effective in maintaining physical, social and information security.
