شناسایی، ارزیابی و رتبه‌بندی ریسک‌های تولید در صنعت دارو با استفاده از روش تجزیه و تحلیل عوامل شکست (مطالعه موردی: شرکت سبحان دارو)

مقدمه: یکی از علل اهمیت بررسی ریسک‌های تولید، نقش مهم ریسک و چالش‌های آن در سازمان‌های امروزه است. با توجه به طبقه‌بندی صنعت تولید دارو جزء صنعت های با اهمیت بالا، ریسک‌های سرمایه‌گذاری در این صنعت را با استفاده از روش تجزیه و تحلیل عوامل شکست (fmea) به عنوان یکی از تکنیک‌های مدیریت ریسک و به‌منظور افزایش بهره‌وری این صنعت، شناسایی، ارزیابی، اولویت‌بندی و تحلیل شده است. روشپژوهش: این مطالعه توصیفی، fmea را به عنوان روش کمی برای شناسایی ریسک‌های تولید پیشنهاد می‌دهد و با محاسبه اعداد اولویت‌بندی ریسک (rpn ها)، خطرات بالقوه و اثرات آنها در صنعت داروسازی را مشخص می‌کند. یافته‌ها: در این تحقیق بعد از شناسایی ریسک‌های مالی تولید دارو که به کمک مرور ادبیات و مصاحبه با خبرگان به دست آمد، پرسشنامه‌ای طراحی گردید که در مجموع از 66 ریسک شناسایی شده 19 ریسک با نظر کارشناسان و خبرگان به عنوان ریسک‌های با اهمیت شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی گردید. نتیجه‌گیری:اصول بهینه تولید (gmp)، تغییرات نرخ ارز، عدم بازاریابی و پیش‌بینی مناسب روند بازار، موجودی مواد اولیه و موجودی ملزومات به عنوان مهم‌ترین ریسک‌های تولید دارو شناسایی شدند.

identification, evaluation and ranking of manufacturing risks in the pharmaceutical industry using the fmea method (case study: sobhan darou company)

introduction: the important role of risk and its challenges in organizations is one of the reasons for the importance of examining the risks of production. considering the classification of the pharmaceutical industry as one of the most important industries, the investment risks in this industry have been analyzed using the failure mode and effects analysis (fmea) method. this method is one of the risk management techniques to identify, analyze, and ranking risk factors in order to increase the efficiency of the industry. methods: this descriptive study suggests fmea as a quantitative method for identifying production risks and, by computing risk priority numbers (rpns), represents the probability of their risks and effects in the pharmaceutical industry. results: in this research, after identifying the risks of drug production through literature review and interviewing experts, a questionnaire was designed that out of 66 identified risks, 19 risks were identified and ranked by experts as important risks. conclusion: good manufacturing practices (gmp), exchange rate fluctuation, no marketing strategy and lack of proper estimation of market trends, inventories of raw materials and inventory of supplies was identified as the most important risks of drug production.
