بررسی هماهنگ سازی توسعه شهری با طبیعت پیرامون و تاثیر آن در سرانه و توزیع فضاهای سبز (مطالعه موردی: شهرستان مراغه)

Nowadays urban development has caused problems in using the lands of cities and availability of facilities and public civic services for citizens. parks and public lands have raised the quality of city environment and public wellfare because of their bioenvironmental, social, and economical functions. accordingly, their transmittency in different urban areas is of great importance because of city planning as well as social wellfare. the present study aimed at analyzing the transmittency of parks and public lands and the existing shortcommings related to them in maragheh. the results showed that the transmittency and distibution of parks and public lands in maragheh are not appropriate so that the availability and service providing of the mentioned areas are not of efficient use. also the gardens of the city have destroyed during the last decades and the most appropriate lands have been changed to buildings.
