سنجش رضایت شهروندان اصفهانی از گردشگری شهری با تاکید بر محوطه‌های اسکان موقت (مطالعه موردی: باغ غدیر و پارک قلمستان)

For many years, meeting the tourists’ needs and their satisfaction has been of great concern, while the effects of tourists’ present in the visited country have been neglected. the authorities have always aimed at satisfying first the citizens and tourists next. in the present study, the isfahan citizens’ satisfaction from tourism has been surveyed both analytically and descriptively through giving them questionnaires. sampling was done randomly with a population of 350 participants and data analysis was carried out using spss software. the obtained results showed that the citizens’ satisfaction of the tourists coming to the city is low in spite of the fact that isfahan has a lot of attractions and capabilities to meet the citizens’ needs. to achieve the mentioned goals, correct management and good city planning is required.
