بررسی زمینه‌های توسعه پارک موضوعی خوراک بر روی پهنه‌های طبیعی گردشگری شهر مشهد

Urban tourism has a high power to attract tourists and consequently financial benefits and employment opportunities. food and shopping are included in urban tourism resources, although they are the secondary factor of tourism but they are still an important part of the tourism economy. mashhad, because of its diverse climate, rich culture and variety of local foods, has a great power to attract tourists but unfortunately it has not yet developed as it deserves as far as the matter is regarded. the method of the present study was descriptive –analytical. the aim of this research was to review and analyze the food tourism development indicators and to develop food oriented parks in natural tourist centers of mashhad. this study reviewed the concepts of leisure and food tourism and then estimated the assessment of food market conditions in mashhad and analyzes its development in nature- based tourism areas. the results showed that mashad has a wide range of potentials to develop tourism specifically in the food area thereby enhancing its rich local and urban cultures.
