بررسی اثرات تامین مسکن محله محور بر توسعه گردشگری با رویکرد زیست‌محیطی (موردمطالعه: شهر اراک)

در حال حاضر گردشگری جایگاه خاصی در توسعه کشورها پیدا کرده و نقش فعال و موثری در ارتقاء ساختار اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی به ویژه در کشورهای درحال توسعه ایفا می کند؛ امروزه تامین مسکن در قالب برنامه ریزی محله محوری، بیش از هر زمان دیگری مورد توجه می باشد. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی اثرات تامین مسکن محله محور بر توسعه گردشگری با رویکرد زیست محیطی در شهر اراک بود. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و به لحاظ چگونگی گردآوری اطلاعات، میدانی (پرسشنامه) و اسنادی (کتابخانه ای) است. جامعه پژوهش، مسئولین و متصدیان گردشگری در محدوده مورد مطالعه که با موضوع گردشگری آشنایی دارند (15 نفر)، متصدیان و کارکنان و فعالان حوزه گردشگری (8 نفر)، کارشناس جغرافیا و گردشگری (5 نفر)، کارشناس عمران (3نفر)، کارشناس مهندسی منابع آب(3نفر) و اساتید، محققان و پژوهشگران دارای اطلاع یا سابقه پژوهش در حوزه گردشگری اراک (6 نفر) بود که 40 پرسشنامه را تکمیل نمودند. تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها با استفاده از روش ماتریس ایرانی (لئوپولد تغییر یافته مخدوم، 1387) بود. بر اساس نتایج حاصل از پژوهش، اثرات و پیامدهای تامین مسکن بر گردشگری شهر اراک دارای اندک تاثیرات منفی می باشند، در واقع باید به این نکته اشاره کرد که تامین مسکن نمی تواند تنها شامل اثرات منفی زیست محیطی باشد بلکه می تواند در زمینه توسعه گردشگری نقش آفرین باشد. بنابراین ضروری است که در درجه اول جهت کاهش اثرات منفی تلاش کرده و در درجه دوم باید سعی کرد از این پتانسیل در جهت توسعه اقتصادی و اجتماعی بهره برد.

investigating the effects of neighborhood-based housing provision on tourism development with an environmental approach (a case of arak)

tourism has become a vital component of development strategies in many countries, playing an active and effective role in improving the economic, social, and cultural structures, especially in developing nations. in this context, neighborhood-oriented housing provision has gained increasing importance. this study aimed to investigate the effects of neighborhood-based housing provision on tourism development with an environmental approach in the city of arak. the research is applied in purpose and employs both field methods (questionnaires) and documentary methods (library studies) for data collection. the research sample included tourism officials and operators in the studied area (15 people), operators, employees, and activists in tourism (8 people), geography and tourism experts (5 people), civil engineering experts (3 people), water resources engineering experts (3 people), and professors and researchers with experience or knowledge in arak tourism (6 people), resulting in 40 completed questionnaires. the data were analyzed using the iranian matrix method (leopold modified makhdoom, 2017). the results showed that the effects of housing provision on tourism in arak have minimal negative environmental effects. in fact, the findings highlight that neighborhood-based housing provision not only avoids significant environmental harm but can also contribute positively to tourism development. therefore, it is essential to minimize negative effects while leveraging this potential for economic and social development.
