ارزیابی و تحلیل عوامل توسعه پایدار گردشگری در شهرهای ساحلی (مطالعه موردی: شهر ساحلی گمیش تپه)

گردشگری ساحلی از سریع ترین بخش های در حال رشد صنعت جهانی گردشگری محسوب می شود. تحقیق حاضر با استفاده از روش توصیفی-تحلیلی به شناسایی عوامل توسعه پایدار گردشگری در شهر ساحلی گمیش تپه با استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل راهبردی سوات (swot) پرداخته شده است. نوع تحقیق، کاربردی و روش جمع آوری داده ها به‌صورت اسنادی و میدانی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق 18 نفر از اساتید و متخصصان در زمینه گردشگری است و به‌وسیله پرسشنامه، لیستی از همانندی‌های نقاط ضعف، قوت، فرصت و تهدید تنظیم و در ادامه، تک تک عوامل داخلی و خارجی وزن دهی و ماتریس swot از آن استخراج گردید. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که سازمان های مسئول گردشگری شهر گمیش تپه، برای راهبردی کردن برنامه‌های گردشگری ساحلی، با ضعف ها و تهدیدات عدیده ای روبه رو هستند؛ ضمن اینکه قوت ها و فرصت‌هایی هم پیش رو دارند. ضریب وزنی هرکدام از عامل‌های درونی و بیرونی از مجموع وزن نهایی هر زیر معیار به‌دست آمده است. از بین عامل‌های بیرونی و درونی، فرصت‌ها با وزن 4/139 اولویت اول و ضعف ها با وزن 3/680 اولویت آخر می باشند. تحقیقات انجام شده، نشان می دهد که در جهت رسیدن به توسعه پایدار گردشگری ساحلی در شهر گمیش تپه، مقبول ترین استراتژی، استراتژی رقابتی یا تهاجمی است و اولویت اول می‌باشد.

evaluation and analysis of sustainable tourism development factors in coastal cities(a case study of the coastal city of gomish tapeh)

coastal tourism is considered to be one of the fastest-growing sectors in the global tourism industry. this research uses a descriptive-analytic method to identify the factors affecting sustainable tourism development in the coastal city of gomishan-tapeh, using the swot strategic analysis technique. the type of research is practical and data are collected through documentation and fieldwork. the statistical population of the study includes 18 experts and professors in the field of tourism, and a questionnaire was used to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (swot) of the internal and external factors. the results show that the responsible tourism organizations in gomishan-tapeh face numerous weaknesses and threats in their efforts to develop a strategic plan for coastal tourism, while also having some strengths and opportunities. the weight coefficient of each internal and external factor was determined using the swot matrix. among the internal and external factors, opportunities have the highest priority with a weight of 4.139, while weaknesses have the lowest priority with a weight of 3.680. the research suggests that the most favorable strategy for achieving sustainable coastal tourism development in gomishan-tapeh is a competitive or aggressive strategy, which has the highest priority.
