امکان‌سنجی و مدیریت جاذبه‌های گردشگری با تاکید بر دیدگاه گردشگران (نمونه موردی: شهر برازجان)

گردشگری از مهم‌ترین فعالیت‌های انسان معاصر است که همراه با به وجود آوردن تغییراتی شگرف در سیمای زمین، اوضاع سیاسی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی روش زندگی انسان‌ها را دگرگون می‌سازد. امروزه صنعت گردشگری یکی از منابع مهم تولید، درآمد، اشتغال و ایجاد زیرساخت‌ها برای نیل به توسعه پایدار به شمار می‌آید و به‌عنوان یکی از عوامل اقتصادی کشورها از سوی برنامه‌ریزان اقتصادی پذیرفته‌شده است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی و تحلیل پتانسیل‌های گردشگری شهر برازجان هست. جامعه هدف شامل متخصصین، کارشناسان گردشگری، گردشگران و رهگذرانی است که از منطقه مورد مطالعه دیدن کرده‌اند. جهت تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون‌های t تک نمونه‌ای، فریدمن و کای اسکوئر در نرم‌افزار spss استفاده شد. نتایج بررسی‌ها نشان داد در بیشتر ظرفیت‌های گردشگری شهر برازجان، مقدار محاسبه بیش‌ازحد مبنا است و مهم‌تر اینکه در بیشتر ظرفیت‌ها این تفاوت به لحاظ آماری معنادار است و وضعیت گویه های مربوط به جاذبه‌های گردشگری چشم‌گیر و معنادار است و به بیان دقیق‌تر، شهر برازجان از لحاظ شرایط طبیعی با میانگین 17.22، مذهبی با میانگین 15.17 و تاریخی با میانگین 9.56 دارای پتانسیل بالای گردشگری در استان بوشهر هست.

The Feasibility and Management of Tourist Attractions with Emphasis on Tourists’ Viewpoints (A Case Study of Borazjan)

Tourism is one of the most important activities of contemporary human beings, which along with making dramatic changes in the image of the earth, changes the political, economic and cultural conditions of human life. Today, tourism industry is one of the most important sources of production, income, employment and infrastructure to achieve sustainable development and has been accepted as one of the economic factors of countries by economic planners. The aim of this study was to investigate and analyze the tourism potentials of Borazjan. The target community includes experts, tourism experts, tourists and passersby who have visited the understudy area. To analyze the data, singlesample Ttests, Friedman and Kai Square were used through the SPSS software. The results showed that in most of the tourism capacities of Borazjan the amount of calculation is too much for the base and more importantly, in most capacities, this difference is statistically significant and the status of items related to tourist attractions is significant; to put it more precisely, Borazjan has high tourism potential in Bushehr province in terms of its natural, religious, and historical conditions with averages of 17.22, 15.17, and 9.56 respectively.
