تبیین نقش و اثرات توسعۀ گردشگری بر ارتقا متغیرهای پایداری فرهنگی و شهری (نمونه‌ مورد مطالعه: شهر رشت)

امروزه گردشگری، سومین صنعت اقتصادی در جهان شناخته می‌شود و از نظر بیشتر مردم، عبارت گردشگری بر سفرهای تفریحی دلالت می‌کند و از نظر سازمان گردشگری یعنی مسافرت با اهداف مختلف به استثنای سفر به منظور کار، مهاجرت و فعالیت‌های محلی و منطقه‌ای. در عصر حاضر، گردشگری یکی از عوامل موثر در گسترش روابط بین ملت‌ها به شمار می‌رود و به منزلۀ ایجادکنندۀ فرصت‌های شغلی در بخش اقتصادی و ایجاد تعاملات اجتماعی فرهنگی مطرح می‌شود. گردشگری شهری عاملی بسیار مهم در توسعۀ شهرها محسوب می‌شود، چرا که پتانسیل زیادی برای جذب گردشگران دارد. شهرهای منطقۀ شمال کشور، از جمله رشت، به دلیل بهره‌مندی از شرایط اقلیمی، فرهنگی و تاریخی خاص، نیروی زیادی در جذب گردشگری شهری دارند. از آنجا که هر عاملی از جمله گردشگری تاثیرات مختلفی دارد؛ بدین معنی که هیچ عاملی صرفاً نمی‌تواند مثبت یا منفی باشد. این پژوهش در پی بررسی تاثیرات گردشگری شهری بر 4 متغیر توسعۀ پایدار شهری (پایداری اجتماعی، پایداری کالبدی، پایداری محیطی و پایداری اقتصادی) از منظر 263 نفر از ساکنان شهر رشت (بر اساس فرمول کوکران) و 11 نفر از اساتید و کارشناسان حوزه‌ گردشگری در شهری رشت است. این پژوهش براساس شیوه‌ انجام، از نوع روش توصیفی تحلیلی است. نتایج آزمون‌های آماری استفاده شده در تحقیق بیانگر این مهم‌اند که گردشگری شهری در شهر رشت توانسته است به شیوه‌ای موثر باعث پایداری هرچه بیشتر شهر رشت شود. گردشگری در شهر رشت توانسته است بیشترین تاثیر را بر توسعۀ پایدار اقتصادی و کمترین تاثیر را توسعۀ پایدار محیطی داشته باشد

Explain the role and effects of tourism development on the promotion of cultural and urban sustainability variables(case study: Rasht city)

tourism is the third largest economic industry in the world, and for most people, the term tourism refers to leisure travel, according to the tourism organization, it means travel for various purposes except travel for work, migration and local and regional activities. In the present era, tourism is one of the effective factors in the development of relations between nations and is considered as a creator of job opportunities in the economic sector and the creation of sociocultural interactions. Urban tourism is a very important factor in the development of cities, because it has great potential to attract tourists. Cities in the northern region of the country, including Rasht, have a great potential to attract urban tourism due to their special climatic, cultural and historical conditions. Since each factor, including tourism, has different effects; This means that no single factor can be positive or negative. This study seeks to investigate the effects of urban tourism on 4 variables of sustainable urban development (social sustainability, physical sustainability, environmental sustainability and economic sustainability) from the perspective of 263 residents of Rasht and 11 professors and experts in tourism . This research is a descriptiveanalytical method based on the method. The results of statistical tests used in the research indicate that urban tourism in the city of Rasht has been able to effectively make the city of Rasht more sustainable. Tourism in Rasht has been able to have the greatest impact on sustainable economic development and the least impact on sustainable environmental development.
