نقش مشوق های مالی در توسعه گردشگری شهری ( مطالعه ی موردی: شهرداری زرین شهر)

گردشگری پدیده‌ پیچیده‌ای است. صنعتی ارزآور،متعادل کننده توسعه اقتصادی درسطح مناطق،برقرارکننده توزیع عادلانه درآمدو برخوردار از نقش اساسی در ایجاد مشاغل و منابع تکمیلی مستقیم و ثانوی درآمد. بی تردید توسعه بخش گردشگری می‌تواند به عنوان جایگزین اقتصاد وابسته به صنعت نفت کشور در توسعه ملی و منطقه‌ای ایران سهم بسزایی داشته باشد.هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر &شناخت مشوق‌های مالی موثر بر جذب سرمایه‌های افراد حقیقی و حقوقی برای بهره برداری منابع شهر زرین شهر به منظور توسعه گردشگری شهری &است. در این پژوهش، پژوهشگر ابتدا با مراجعه با اسناد و کتب ثانویه به جمع آوری اطلاعات ثانویه می‌پردازد ، سپس با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌ای به بررسی فرصت‌ها، تهدید‌ها، نقاط قوت و ضعف برای جذب سرمایه گذاری افراد حقیقی و حقوقی در زرین شهر و بررسی رابطه بین مشوق‌های مالی و جذب سرمایه گذران پرداخته و پس از آن مشوق‌های مالی جهت جذب سرمایه‌های افراد شناسایی و تاثیر آنها بر جذب گردشگران بررسی خواهد شد،به منظور تحلیل داده‌ها و اطلاعات خام جمع آوری شده، مطالعه حاضر از روش تجزیه و تحلیل عوامل داخلی و خارجی و استفاده از ماتریسswot به منظور ارزیابی تهدید‌ها، فرصت‌ها، قوت‌ها و ضعف‌ها استفاده می‌شود و درنهایت راهکارها و راهبرد‌‌هایی متناسب با شرایط محلی منطقه، جهت توسعه مشوق‌‌های مالی گردشگری درشهر زرین شهر ارائه می‌شود.

Role of Financial incentives in the development of urban tourismCase Study: Municipality of ZARRINSHAHR

Abstract:Tourism is a complex phenomenon. Valuable industry balances the economic development of the regions, establishes a fair distribution of income, and has a fundamental role in creating employment and direct and complementary direct and secondary resources. Undoubtedly, the development of the tourism sector can play a significant role as an alternative to the oilrelated economy of the country in the national and regional development of Iran. The purpose of this study was to &identify financial incentives affecting the attraction of real and legal individuals for exploiting the resources of the city of Zarrin Shahr For the development of urban tourism &. In this research, the researcher first by collecting secondary information by referring to secondary documents and books, then uses a questionnaire to examine the opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses to attract the real and legal persons in Zarrineh city and to investigate the relationship between Financial incentives and attracting investors, after which financial incentives will be identified to attract people’s funds and their impact on attracting tourists will be investigated.
