ارزیابی عوامل موثر بر بهبود صنعت گردشگری با تاکید بر توسعه درآمد پایدار در شهر رامسر مورد مطالعه(دو طرح چشمه آبگرم و تله کابین رامسر)

پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی عوامل موثر بر بهبود صنعت گردشگری با تاکید بر توسعه درآمد پایدار در شهر رامسر در رابطه با دو طرح چشمه آبگرم و تله کابین رامسر به صورت توصیفی تحلیلی و به شیوه پیمایشی صورت گرفت. بدین منظور از طریق منابع کتابخانه ای و همچنین تهیه پرسشنامه و مصاحبه با کارشناسان و متخصصان حوزه مدیریت شهری در شهرستان رامسر داده های لازم گردآوری گردید و سپس از طریق تکنیک تحلیل سلسله مراتبی(ahp) شاخص های لازم تعیین و داده های گردآوری شده حاصل از نظر جامعه آماری در نرم افزار اکسپرت چویس تجزیه و تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد که در ارزیابی شاخص های اصلی، شاخصمدیریت و برنامه ریزی با وزن 0.289 از بیشترین اهمیت برخوردار بوده و شاخص هایمسائل اقتصادی، مسائل امنیتی، امکانات رفاهی و مسائل فرهنگی و اجتماعی به ترتیب با اوزان 0.284، 0.240، 0.100 و 0.087 در رتبه های دوم تا پنجم قرار دارند. بنابراین می توان نتیجه گرفت که نقش و اهمیت برنامه ریزی در صنعت گردشگری می باشد به گونه ای که با وجود تامین تمامی شاخص ها در صورت عدم تدوین برنامه ای که چشم انداز صنعت گردشگری را به خوبی روشن ننماید، وجود منابع مالی و رفاهی کمکی به صنعت گردشگری در این شهرستان نخواهد نمود و امینت مورد نظر گردشگران نیز تامین نخواهد شد.
