تحلیل مولفه زیبایی شناسی در منظر شهری با تاکید بر کیفیت بلند مرتبه‌ها (نمونه موردی:بلوار 45 متری ائل گلی شهر تبریز، ورودی جاده ائل گلی تا تقاطع اتوبان شهید کسایی)

این تحقیق به بررسی نقش زیبایی شناسی در ارتقاء کیفیت منظر شهری با هدف ارزیابی بلوار 45 متری ائل گلی با تاکید بر بلندمرتبه ها بوسیله پارامترها و شاخص‌های استخراج شده از تحقیق بر اساس نظریه‌های صاحب نظران و مولفان پرداخته شده است. روش تحقیق عمدتاً توصیفی، تحلیلی و میدانی است. اطلاعات مورد نیاز تحقیق از طریق منابع مختلف بصورت تطبیقی تحلیلی با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه‌ای و استفاده از اسناد، مدارک و گزارش‌ها و بخشی با مراجعه به ارگان‌های دولتی نظیر شهرداری منطقه2، سازمان فضای سبز و پارکها گردآوری شده است. بر اساس روش مطالعات میدانی، داده هایی مشتمل بر عکسبرداری پانورما، مشاهدات عینی از دو سمت بلوار ائل گلی در 4 سکانس گردآوری شده است. جامعه آماری شامل 500 نفر در چهار گروه مشتمل برکارشناسان و مدیران این حوزه، اساتید و دانشجویان رشته معماری دانشگاه سراسری تبریز و شهروندان (شامل کسبه، ساکنین و رهگذر) و گردشگر داخلی و خارجی می‌باشد. منطق نمونه گیری در انتخاب محدوده مورد مطالعه و جامعه آماری به ترتیب هدفمند و تصادفی می‌باشد. تحلیل داده‌ها ازطریق نرم افزار spss انجام می گیرد. برای مقایسه ابعاد کیفیت بصری منظر شهری بلند مرتبه های بلوار 45 متری ائل گلی در بین چهار گروه مورد بررسی از آزمون واریانس یکطرفه استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از عدم رضایت شهروندان، کارشناسان و مدیران، متخصصان از کیفیت منظر شهری بلوار 45 متری ائل گلی با تاکید بر بلند مرتبه ها می باشد که بهبود این امر نیازمند همکاری همه گروههای شرکت کننده در این مطالعه می باشد.

Analysis of the aesthetic component in urban landscape design emphasizing the quality of high rise buildings(Case Study: ELGOLI Boulevard axis of Tabriz City- From the Entrance of the ELGOLI road to the intersection of Kasai Highway)

This research investigates the role of aesthetics in improving the quality of urban landscape with the aim of evaluating the 45meterwide ElGoli boulevard with emphasis on the highrise items through the parameters and indices extracted from the research based on theories of scholars of experts and authors. The research method is mainly descriptive, analytical, and field. The required information of the present research collected through the various sources as comparativeanalytical using library resources, documents, records and reports and the remaining part collected by visiting governmental organizations including municipalitydistrict 2, Organization of green space and parks. Based on field studies, data including Panoramic photography and objective observations from both two sides of the ElGoli Blvd. in four sequences collected. The statistical society compromises 500 people in four groups consisting of experts and administrators of this field, professors and students of architecture of Tabriz University and citizens (including tradespeople, residents and passersby), domestic and foreign tourists.The logic of sampling for selection the study area and statistical society are targeted and randomly respectively. Data analysis is carried by SPSS software. Oneway variance test was used among the four groups of studies to compare the dimensions of the visual quality for the urban landscape of highrise buildings in 45 meter ElGoli boulevard. The results of the study indicate nonsatisfaction of the citizens, experts, managers and experts regarding the urban visual quality of highrise buildings on 45meterwide ElGoli Blvd. which requires improvement and coordination among all the groups participated in this study.
