واکاوی تاثیر متغیرهای شهر سالم بر بهسازی و نوسازی بافت فرسوده (نمونه موردی؛ محلات فرسوده شهر قائمشهر)

فرسودگی یکی از مهمترین مسائلی است که بافت‌های شهری بدان مبتلا می‌شوند و باعث بی‌سامانی، عدم تعادل، عدم تناسب و بی قوارگی بافت‌های شهری می‌شود. رویکرد شهر سالم بعنوان یکی از رویکردهای حاکم دربرخورد با این مشکلات به شمار می‌رود.این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی شاخصهای نوسازی بافت فرسوده با تاکید بر رویکرد شهر سالم، به روش تحلیل توصیفی تطبیقی تدارک دیده شده است. محدوده مورد مطالعه پژوهش بافتهای فرسوده شهر قائمشهر است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش از طریق اشباع نظری با تعداد 31 نفر و به روش گلوله برفی محاسبه گردید. اطلاعات از طریق مصاحبه باز جمع‌آوری شدند و با استفاده از آزمون کولموگروف اسمیرنف نرمال بودن داده‌ها مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند و در نهایت با استفاده از نرم افزار spssو از طریق آزمونهای تعقیبی(آزمون lsd و آزمون بونفرونی) تحلیل گردیدند. نتایج پژوهش نشان دهنده این است که در بافت فرسوده شهر قائمشهر عامل کالبد به صورت پایه بوده و عوامل کارکرد و محیط زیست بر روی آن تاثیرگذار می‌باشند. همچنین مبتنی بر تحلیل رگرسیونی بیشترین ارتباطات معنادار نیز مابین شاخص‌های کالبدی مشاهده می‌گردد. لذا بر این اساس جهت دستیابی به هدف شهر سالم در بافتهای فرسوده بایستی در گام نخست به اصلاح شاخص های بعد کالبدی اقدام نمود.

Analysis of the effect of healthy city variables on improvement and renovation of worn tissue (Case study; dilapidated neighborhoods of Ghaemshahr }

Introduction: Burnout is one of the most important issues that urban tissues are affected by and causes disorder, imbalance, incompatibility and asymmetry of urban tissues. The healthy city approach is considered as one of the dominant approaches in dealing with these problems.Methodology:This study has been prepared by comparative descriptive analysis with the aim of identifying indicators of worn tissue renovation with emphasis on healthy city approach.Results and discussion: The study area is the study of worn tissues in Ghaemshahr. The statistical population of this study was calculated through theoretical saturation with 31 people and snowball method. Data were collected through open interviews and the normality of the data was examined using KolmogorovSmirnov test and finally analyzed using SPSS software and post hoc tests (LSD test and Bonferroni test).Conclusion:The results show that in the dilapidated fabric of Ghaemshahr city, the body factor is the basis and functional and environmental factors affect it. Also, based on regression analysis, the most significant correlations are observed between physical indicators:In order to achieve the goal of a healthy city in wornout tissues, the physical dimension should be corrected in the first step.
