جنبش تنباکو و پیداییِ «مردم» در عرصۀ سیاست

هدف از این پژوهش، بررسیِ ظهور پدیده ای نو در عرصۀ سیاست و مناسبات قدرت در ایران است. این پدیدۀ نو همانا ظهورِ نوعی از سیاست ورزی است که بنیادِ مشروعیتِ دعاوی و مطالبات خود را برمبنای »مردم « و خواست و ارادۀ آنان بنا می نهد. با واکاویِ تاریخ تحولات سیاسیِ ایران معاصر براساس آرای ارنستو لاکلائو در باب »امر سیاسی « و »سیاست مبتنی‌بر مردم « و به روش تحلیل گفتمان، به این نتیجه رسیدیم که به رغم تعدد جنبش ها، شورش ها و مقاومت ها در شهرها و روستاها در برابر حاکمان محلی و قدرت مرکزی، در »جنبش تنباکو « است که ما با نوعِ جدیدی از کردارِ سیاسی مواجه می شویم که خواست ها و مطالبات خود را به‌نام »مردم « و به نمایندگی از »مردم « طرح می کند.

Tabacco movement and the emergence of “people” in the field of politics

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to investigate the emergence of new phenomena in the field of politics and power relations in Iran. Analyzing the history of political developments in contemporary Iran, based on Ernesto Laclauchr('39')s account of politics and peoplebased politics and through the method of discourse analysis, we came to the conclusion that despite the multiplicity of movements, riots and resistance In the cities and villages against the local rulers and the central power, it is in the tobacco movement that we are confronted with a new kind of political action that calls for the demands and demands of the people .
