چکیده
|
Leprosy is commonly seen over cooler parts of the body and very rarely found over external genitalia because of their warm temperature. we report a case of lepromatous leprosy of prepuce in a 79 years old male who presented with phimosis. local examination revealed a nodule over prepuce and the clinical diagnosis was carcinoma of penis. this case highlights that leprosy should be kept in mind in the differential diagnosis of penile lesions. © journal of krishna institute of medical sciences university.
