Bilateral anterior fracture dislocation of shoulder-A rare case

We report an unusual case of simultaneous bilateral anterior glenohumeral fracture dislocation following fall from standing height. a24 years old male presented with bilateral anterior glenohumeral dislocation with no peripheral motor,sensory or vascular deficit. closed reduction was done for right glenohumeral dislocation and on left side open reduction and internal fixation was done. he was placed in bilateral slings and progressive and controlled mobilization was started. the patient was discharged and is currently under follow up. © journal of krishna institute of medical sciences university.
