   The Influence of Job Characteristics on Workplace Deviant Behaviour among Production Employees: An Empirical Evidence

چکیده    This study seeks to investigate the impact of job characteristics on workplace deviant behaviour (wdb). three forms ofwdb are identified: interpersonal deviance, production deviance, and property deviance. the regression analysis carried out on a sample of 355 employees showed mixed results. job significant demonstrated a significant and negative relationship with production deviance. the relationship between job feedback, interpersonal deviance and property deviance was as postulated. in similar not, job identity demonstrated a significant and negative relationship with organizational deviance. however, job autonomy does not show any significant relationship. implications, limitations and suggestions for future research are discussed
