تحلیل نقدی لمکانة قضیة نقص العقل فی الانثروبولوجیا الجنسیة للانثى، مع الترکیز على تقییم آراء المفسرین المعاصرین حول آیة القوامة

تعتبر آیة القوامة واحدة من الآیات الاساسیة فی القرآن الکریم والتی تدور حول مکانة المراة فی الاسرة والمجتمع. وتوثر الاسس الانثروبولوجیة للمفسرین کثیراً على تفسیر هذه الآیة واحکام الفقه والحقوق والقوانین الاجتماعیة والاقتصادیة والسیاسیة. وتختلف وجهات النظر حول مفهومی «لقوامة» و «الفضل» ونطاقهما فی الآیة. وتتمثل وجهة النظر البارزة حول معیار الفضل فی قضیة «العقل». تتناول هذه الدراسة الاسس التی ارسى علیها المفسرون المعاصرون اسس وجهات نظرهم حول الاختلاف بین العقل لدى الرجال والنساء، وذلک بالاستعانة بالمنهج التحلیلی الوصفی على اساس المبادئ الانثروبولوجیة، وبعد تقییم النتائج، خلصتْ الى انه لا یوجد ای نقص فی العقل الذاتی للمراة؛ بل هی فی جوهرها مماثلة للرجل. ویکمن الفرق فی نوع العقل والتعقل فی البعد التنفیذی. وتمثل العقبات الطبیعیة والبیئیة تاثیراً لا یمکن انکاره فی شدة هذه القوة وضعفها، ونتیجة لذلک، تتجاوز الطبیعة الذکوریة الطبیعة الانثویة فی مجال التعقل.

Critical analysis of the place of the problem of intellect deficiency in female gender anthropology, with emphasis on evaluating the views of contemporary commentators on the verse of Qawamiyat

The verse of Qawamiyat is one of the key verses of the Qur’an about the &position of women& in the family and society. The anthropological foundations of the commentators are very effective in interpreting this verse and the rules of jurisprudence, law and social, economic and political laws. The views on the concept and scope of &Qavamite& and &grace& in the verse are different. The obvious view of the example of grace is the issue of &intellect&. This study examines the foundations of contemporary commentators on the difference between the intellect of men and women, using a descriptiveanalytical method based on anthropological principles, and after evaluating the findings, concludes that not only is there no defect in the innate intellect of women; Rather, it is the same in terms of human essence as man. The difference is in the type of intellect and reason in the executive arena. Natural and environmental barriers have been effective in the intensity or weakness of this power; As a result, masculine nature has surpassed feminine nature in the issue of reasoning.
