تاب‌آوری به عنوان میانجی رابطه پنج عامل بزرگ شخصیت و شادکامی

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه علی پنج عامل بزرگ شخصیت با تاب آوری و هم چنین آزمون نقش واسطه ای تاب آوری در رابطه بین پنج عامل بزرگ شخصیت و شادکامی انجام پذیرفت. در این پژوهش تعداد 300 نفر (169 دختر و131 پسر ) از دانشجویان دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی چند مرحله ای به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. شرکت کنندگان فرم کوتاه پرسش نامه نئو (neo-ffi)، مقیاس تاب آوری کانر و دیویدسون (cd-risc) و پرسش نامه شادکامی آکسفورد (ohi) را تکمیل کردند. ارزیابی الگوی پیشنهادی از طریق الگویابی معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از نرم افزار spss-21 و amos-21 انجام شد. به علاوه جهت آزمودن مسیرهای واسطه ای از روش بوت‌استراپ استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که الگوی پیشنهادی دارای برازش نسبتاً خوبی با داده ها می باشد که با انجام اصلاحاتی بهبود یافت. به طور کلی نتایج بیانگر آن بود که چهار ویژگی شخصیتی روان رنجوری، وظیفه شناسی، گشودگی به تجربه و برون گرایی رابطه علی مستقیم با تاب آوری دارند. هم چنین این ویژگی های شخصیتی رابطه علی غیرمستقیم معنی داری با شادکامی از طریق تاب آوری نشان دادند.

Resilience as a Mediator between Big FiveFactor Personality Trait and Happiness

The aim of this study was to explore the influences of Big FiveFactor personality traits on happiness and to examine the mediating effect of resilience in this relationship. In this research extraversion, neuroticism, openness, conscientiousness and agreeableness were considered as precedents of happiness, and resilience was considered as mediator between Big Five Factor traits on happiness. The sample consisted of 300 college students in Shahid Chamran University of Ahwaz that selected via multistage random sampling. Data were collected by NEOFiveFactor Inventory (NEOFFI), Connor–Davidson Resilience Scale (CDRISC) and Oxford Happiness Inventory (OHI). Structural equation model (SEM) through SPSS21 and AMOS21 were used for data analysis. Results suggested that model with some modification had good fit with the data. Results from path analyses revealed that resilience partially mediated the association between extraversion, neuroticism, openness and conscientiousness with happiness. One of indirect hypotheses of model (the agreeableness toward happiness by mediating resilience) was not confirmed.
