چکیده    ﻫﺪف از اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﺑﺮ ﺳﻼﻣﺖ روان ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺑﺎ روﯾﮑﺮد آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﺑﻮده. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﻪ ﺷﯿﻮه آﻣﯿﺨﺘﻪ ﮐﻪ در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ اول از روش ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﺤﺘﻮای ﮐﯿﻔﯽ ﺑﺮای ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪﻫﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﯾﺪه و در ﺑﺨﺶ دوم از ﺗﮑﻨﯿﮏ دﻟﻔﯽ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎری اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﻨﻞ دارای ﺳﻄﺢ ﺳﻼﻣﺖ اﻋﺼﺎب و روان در ﮐﻼﻧﺘﺮیﻫﺎی ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻧﺪﻫﯽ اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ ﺷﯿﺮاز ﺑﻮده و در ﺑﺨﺶ دﻟﻔﯽ ﻧﯿﺰ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ 15 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن درون و ﺑﺮونﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﻮدهاﻧﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ ﺣﺎﮐﯽ از آن ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﺑﺮ ﺳﻼﻣﺖ روان در ﺷﺶ ﺑﻌﺪ ازﺟﻤﻠﻪ: ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ و رﻫﺒﺮی اﺑﺰاری و آﻣﺮاﻧﻪ، ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ، ﺟﻮﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ، ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ، اﺳﺘﺮس ﺷﻐﻠﯽ و درﻧﻬﺎﯾﺖ آﻣﻮزش ﺑﻬﺪاﺷﺖ روان ﺑﻮدهاﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﯿﺎﻧﮕﺮ آن ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ ﭘﺲ از اوﻟﻮﯾﺖﺑﻨﺪی ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺗﮑﻨﯿﮏ دﻟﻔﯽ و ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻧﻈﺮ ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن، ﺑﻌﺪ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ و رﻫﺒﺮی اﺑﺰاری، در اوﻟﻮﯾﺖ اول، اﺳﺘﺮس ﺷﻐﻠﯽ و آﻣﻮزش ﺑﻬﺪاﺷﺖ روان در اوﻟﻮﯾﺖ دوم، ، ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ و ﺟﻮﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻫﺮ دو در اوﻟﻮﯾﺖ ﺳﻮم و درﻧﻬﺎﯾﺖ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ در اوﻟﻮﯾﺖ ﭼﻬﺎرم ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان ﻣﻬﻢﺗﺮﯾﻦ اﺑﻌﺎد ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﺑﺮ ﺳﻼﻣﺖ روان ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ.

   formulating the mental health model of faraja employees with an educational approach

Abstract    the purpose of this research was to identify the organizational factors affecting the mental health of employees with an educational approach. the research method is a mixed method, in which a qualitative content analysis method was used in the first stage to analyze the interviews, and the delphi technique was used in the second part. the statistical population of this research included all the personnel with the level of mental and nervous health in the police stations of the shiraz police command and included 15 experts from inside and outside the organization in the delphi section. the findings indicated that the organizational factors affecting mental health were in six dimensions, such as: instrumental and authoritarian management and leadership, organizational culture, organizational atmosphere, organizational structure, occupational stress, and finally mental health education. the results of the research indicated that after prioritizing using the delphi technique and based on the opinion of experts, the dimensions of management and instrumental leadership are the first priority, job stress and mental health training are the second priority, and organizational culture and atmosphere are both priorities. third and finally, the organizational structure was identified as the most important factor influencing the mental health of employees in the fourth priority.
