تبیین هیجانات منفی تدریس معلمان بر اساس ادراک از رهبری اصیل: نقش میانجی سرمایه روانشناختی( مورد مطالعه: معلمان مقطع دوم متوسطه شهر شیراز)

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش واسطه ای سرمایه های روان شناختی در رابطه میان ادراک از رهبری اصیل و هیجانات منفی تدریس معلمان در میان دبیران مقطع متوسطه دوم شهر شیراز در قالب یک مدل علی انجام شد. برای این منظور 345 نفر از معلمان (155 مرد و 190 زن) مقطع متوسطه دوم شهر شیراز با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای چند مرحله ای انتخاب و به پرسشنامه رهبری اصیل آوولیو و گاردنر (2005)، پرسشنامه سرمایه روان شناختی لوتانز، آوولیو و آوی (2007) و پرسشنامه هیجانات تدریس فرینزل (2010) پاسخ دادند. داده های به دست آمده از نمونه با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری lisrel و به روش تحلیل مسیر مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که ابعاد ادراک از رهبری اصیل دارای اثر مستقیم و مثبت بر سرمایه های روان شناختی هستند. به علاوه، سرمایه های روان شناختی بر هیجان های منفی تدریس دارای اثر مستقیم، مثبت و معنادار بودند. مطابق با یافته ها، خودآگاهی، اخلاق مداری، پردازش متوازن و شفافیت رابطه ای از طریق نقش واسطه خوش بینی، خودکارآمدی، امیدواری و تاب آوری بر هیجانات منفی تدریس دارای اثر غیرمستقیم و معنادار بودند.

Explanation of the Negative Excitements of Teaching Based on Perceived of Authentic Leadership: Mediating Role of Psychological Capital) The High Secondary School Teachers of in Shiraz Province(

This study is conducted to investigate the mediator role of psychological capitals in relationship between perceived relations of authentic leadership and negative excitements of teaching among high secondary school teachers in Shiraz province in the form of a causal model .For this purpose , 345 teachers (155 men and 190 women) of high secondary school teachers in Shiraz province has been selected by using the cluster multistage sampling and they responded to Authentic Leadership Questionnaire of Olive and Gardner (2005) , Psychological Capital Questionnaire of Luthans, Olive and Avi (2007) and excitements of teaching questionnaire of Frinzl (2010) .Obtained data of sample were analyzed by using the statistical software LISREL and by path analysis . results showed that perception dimensions of authentic leadership has a direct and positive effect on psychological capital . In addition, psychological capital has a direct , positive and meaningful effect on negative teaching excitements. According to the findings, consciousness, ethicaloriented , processing balance and relational transparent through the mediating role of optimism, selfefficacy, hope and resilience has a indirect and meaningful effect on the negative teaching excitements.
