رابطه سبک دلبستگی با مولفه های احساس ذهنی بهزیستی و خلاقیت هیجانی در دانشجویان دانشگاه بوعلی سینا همدان

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه سبک دلبستگی با مولفه‌های احساس ذهنی بهزیستی و خلاقیت هیجانی در دانشجویان دانشگاه بوعلی سینا بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه دانشجویان مقطع کارشناسی دانشگاه بوعلی سینا همدان در سال تحصیلی 1394-1395 به تعداد 7529 نفر و نمونه پژوهش شامل 367 نفر از این دانشجویان بود که به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای مرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. از پرسشنامه‌های سبک دلبستگی بزرگسال کولیینز و رید، احساس ذهنی بهزیستی دینر و واتسون و خلاقیت هیجانی آوریل به عنوان ابزار پژوهش استفاده شد. داده‌ها پس از جمع‌‌آوری براساس فرضیه‌های پژوهش و با استفاده از آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه همزمان تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که بین سبک دلبستگی ایمن با احساس ذهنی بهزیستی رابطه معنادار مثبت و بین سبک دلبستگی اضطرابی با احساس ذهنی بهزیستی رابطه معنادار منفی وجود دارد. همچنین بین سبک دلبستگی ایمن با خلاقیت هیجانی و مولفه‌های آن رابطه معنادار مثبت و بین سبک دلبستگی اضطرابی با مولفه آمادگی هیجانی رابطه معنادار مثبت و بین سبک دلبستگی اجتنابی با مولفه بداعت رابطه معنادار منفی نشان داده شد. نتایج رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد که سبک دلبستگی دانشجویان مجموعا 0.11 از نمرات احساس ذهنی بهزیستی و 0.27 درصد از نمرات خلاقیت هیجانی را پیش‌بینی می‌کند. در مجموع نتایج حاکی از اهمیت نقش سبک دلبستگی در احساس ذهنی بهزیستی و خلاقیت هیجانی دانشجویان بود.

Investigating the Relationship between Attachment Style and the Components of Subjective Well-Being and Emotional Creativity in Hamedan Bu-Ali Sina University Students

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between attachment style and the components of subjective wellbeing and emotional creativity in students in BuAli Sina University and the correlation research method. The research sample consisted of 367 students from BuAli Sina University who were selected by stepwise cluster sampling method. The questionnaires of adult attachment style of Collins and Reed, subjective well being of Diener and Watson and emotional creativity of Avrill were used as the research tool. The data were analyzed after collection based on the research hypotheses and using Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and multiple simultaneous regression. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between attachment styles and subjective well being and its components. Also, a significant positive relationship was shown between secure attachment style and emotional creativity and its components, a significant positive relationship was shown between anxiety attachment style and preparetion emotioncomponent, and a significant negative relationship was shown between avoidant attachment style and novelty component. Multiple regression results showed that the attachment style of students in total predicts 0.11% from the subjective wellbeing scores and 0.27% from emotional creativity scores. Overall, the results indicated the importance of the role of the attachment style in the subjective wellbeing and the emotional creativity of the students.
