تحلیل مفهومی شایستگی و نقش شایستگی اخلاقی در فرزند پروری

تربیت فرزند یک اصل مهم و اساسی در زندگی است و ازوظایف کلیدی پدر و مادر به شمار می رود .اما این وظیفه مهم و رسالت مهم بنیادین برای والدین مستلزم کسب شایستگی اخلاقی لازم برای فرایند تربیت است تا پس از کسب شایستگی اخلاقی نمود آن در رفتار اخلاقی والدین دیده شود.به همین منظور لازم است که والد ابتدائا شناخت صحیحی از شایستگی و شایستگی اخلاقی داشته باشد تا ضمن کسب دانش نظری وتحلیل مسائل مرتبط باشایستگی بتواند به سمت رفتار شایسته اخلاقی پیش برود.در این پژوهش ما یک تعریف برای شایستگی اخلاقی پیشنهاد دادیم که به گونه ای عام تدوین گردیده تا امکان استفاده از آن در زمان های مختلف، در بافتارهای مختلف، و برای اهداف مختلف فراهم آید. معنای اصطلاح شایستگی اخلاقی نیز در یک چهارچوب مفهومی عملیاتی سازی گردید که هم از پژوهش های انجام شده در زمینه ی شایستگی، و از پژوهش های انجام شده در حوزه اخلاق ، والدگری وتعلیم و تربیت بهره می گیرد و نگاهی نیز به سودمند بودن در حوزه پژوهش و عمل دارد. ضمن اینکه بر این اعتقادیم که برنامه کسب شایستگی اخلاقی درتربیت فرزند بایستی مبتنی بر رشد همه جانبه یا رشد کل شخصیت والدین باشند و مدت زمان برنامه ها به نحوی برنامه ریزی شود که دائما پدر و مادر را به وظایف والدگری و شایستگی های اخلاقی مورد نیاز برای ایشان آگاه نماید. کلمات کلیدی:شایستگی،شایستگی اخلاقی،تربیت فرزند،رفتار اخلاقی
