ارائه مدل بومی ابعاد زمینه‌ای ‌‌‌‌سازمان: شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی ابعاد زمینه‌ای ‌‌‌‌اجرای مدیریت فرایندهای سازمانی

سازمان‌ها توجه زیادی به مدیریت فرایندهای سازمانی نشان داده‌‌‌اند‌ اما مشکلات و شکست‌های بسیاری در اجرا گزارش شده است، محققان عدم توجه به شرایط زمینه‌ای ‌‌‌‌را دلیل این مشکلات دانسته‌‌‌اند‌. ﻫﺪف اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ آن است که با ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ و اولویت بندی ابعاد زمینه‌ای ‌‌‌‌که در اجرای مدیریت فرایندهای سازمانی باید مدنظر قرار گیرند، مدل جدیدی را ارائه دهد.  ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ترکیبی ﮐﯿﻔﯽ-کمی است و از روش ﻓﺮاﺗﺮﮐﯿﺐ و آزمون فریدمن استفاده شده است. ابتدا با ﺟﺴتجو در ﭘﺎﯾﮕﺎهﻫﺎی علمی معتبر و فاصله زﻣﺎﻧﯽ مشخص، از 421 منبع بررسی شده نهایتا 64 مورد وارد ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ نهایی شد و با استفاده از نرم افزار maxqda  کدگذاری و تحلیل انجام گردید. سپس با تهیه پرسشنامه و نظرات خبرگان رتبه بندی انجام شد. بررسی روایی و پایایی در بخش اول با تعیین ملاک‌های ورود و خروج اسناد، ابزار casp و محاسبه ضریب کاپای کوهن و در بخش دوم با تایید خبرگان و محاسبه آلفای کرونباخ انجام گردید. با مرور اسناد 73  ﮐُﺪ ﻣﺘﻤﺎﯾﺰ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﺷﺪ و ﮐُﺪﻫﺎ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ 9 مقوله اصلی با بیشترین فراوانی مربوط به ابعاد سازمانی دسته بندی شدند. با اولویت بندی معیار‌ها رتبه اول تا سوم به زیرساخت فناوری، دانش مورد نیاز فرایند و فرهنگ پشتیبان تعلق گرفت. نتایج این تحقیق نه تنها با تکیه بر متون علمی بلکه با در نظر گرفتن محیط کسب وکار و نظر متخصصان در کشور انجام شده است. بنابراین می تواند الگویی جدید و جامع برای سازمان‌ها، متخصصان و محققان در کشور ﺑﺎﺷﺪ.

presenting the native model of the contextual dimensions of the organization: identifying and ranking the contextual dimensions of the management of organizational processes

organizations have shown a lot of attention to the management of organizational processes, but many problems and failures have been reported in the implementation, researchers have considered the lack of attention to the background conditions as the reason for these problems. the aim of this research is to present a new model by identifying and prioritizing the contextual dimensions that should be considered in the implementation of organizational process management. the current research is a qualitative-quantitative combination and the meta-composite method and friedman's test were used. first, by searching in reliable scientific databases and a certain time interval, finally, 64 of the 421 reviewed sources entered the final stage and were coded and analyzed using maxqda software. then, ranking was done by preparing a questionnaire and experts' opinions. validity check and reliability was done in the first part by determining the entry and exit criteria of the documents, casp tool and calculating cohen's kappa coefficient and in the second part by confirming the experts and calculating cronbach's alpha. by reviewing the documents, 73 distinctive codes were identified and the codes were divided into 9 main categories with the most frequency related to organizational dimensions were categorized. by prioritizing the criteria, the first to third place was awarded to technology infrastructure, knowledge required by the process and supporting culture. the results of this research are based not only on scientific texts but also with considering the business environment and the opinion of experts in the country, it can be a new and comprehensive model for organizations, experts and researchers in the country.
